Biconomy's website is pretty neat, they explain what they do and it's actually easy to understand. They're all about making crypto transactions simpler for devs, which is cool 🚀.

Honestly though, I think they could do with some more examples or something to make it clearer for people who aren't already in the crypto space. Docs are alright, but kinda dry if you're trying to get someone excited about building stuff .

If you're building a crypto project and need to simplify transactions, Biconomy's worth checking out, I guess.

Biconomy has been a great platform for my crypto trading experience, offering a smooth and user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use even for beginners. Biconomy STOLE, SCAMMED , and EXTORTED my $ 1.3 million, and closed down my account, as well..

Biconomy kept on demanding on depositing more money so as to withdraw , and when my fund reached $ 1.3 million, they demanded another $ 650K. I demand them to withdraw my money, and then, they closed down my account, and invalidated all my funds. When I called them, they denied ever having my account, after STEALING & EXTORTING all my $ 1.3 million.....

They also operate with a help of "Chinese girl' whose name goes by Cindi Li, G. Cindy Li, etc., and she posed as a Cal Tech educated computer science major, having been a Director of Operations at Splunk, all of which are phony credentials.....

After extorting and stealing all my money, Cindi had delisted all her Facebook posting, as well as deleting her Gmail account & changed ALL her phone numbers....

Her aunt , another Chinese, is a big investor in Biconomy , & is supposed to be super rich- was under investigation by US government for illegal money laundering & other charges during 2025. This woman seems to be the master-mind behind all these extortion activities, having used Cindi Li as an agent, in my case....

Biconomy is a THUG, EXTORTIONIST, & SCAMMER. Do not trust a ONE word of this thug, scammer!

Biconomy are scoundrels and scammers. Do not deposit your funds with them, otherwise you will lose them forever. They take all your profit (positive PNL), and the support service will write to you that you traded incorrectly.

Biconomy has a lot going for it
the platform works reasonably well overall and the core functionality does what it promises. However, my experience with their customer support was disappointing. Response times were slow and the help I received didn't fully resolve my issue. For a service in this space, timely and effective support is essential. I'd encourage the team to invest more in their support channels. Overall, a decent platform with room to improve on the user experience side.
