I have been online for a number of years and I have to honestly say the Team at Biddi.com rocks. These guys are always ready to help with a smile on their face.
I have a strong feeling this site is the future and other sites like souq and wadi, etc will need to pull up their socks in terms of giving support to not just buyers but also the sellers on the site.

Response time to questions about my order was great. They offered many options to make sure I was very satisfied with my order.

I've been trying to look for strappy sandals online here in dubai but wasn't able to find anything. until i went on biddi.com .I found this sandals and i bought it.I can wore them everyday. I walked about 5 miles every day outside and I still have them. I've been informed about delivery time and 2 days later I got the package . The seller called me if i received my sandal and she told me that biddi customer representative always update her hows the status of the order.

The only con I can think of is that sometimes its hard to get the ankle strap just right. But I absolutely love them!

I've been trying to look for dreamcatchers online here in dubai but wasn't able to find anything. until i went on biddi.com
I found this store that has a few but beautiful dreamcatchers, i bought one and the process was very smooth, bought my item in less than 5 minutes.
Received it after 3 days and then the seller was so kind to message me and ask me if i liked it. found it to be very sweet and very cool that we can communicate with the seller directly.
Will definitely buy again!!

I bought a leather bag to carry my laptop and gadgets. Seller contacted me just to make sure if selected color is the one that I wanted soon after I made the purchase. I've been informed about delivery time and 2 days later I got the package - beautiful leather bag with elegant black cover.

Soon after seller called me just to check if I like the product. Long story short - everything went smooth.

Brilliantly designed site, developed with great taste, and really easy to use! Ordered a pillow cover set for my friend, and she received it on time.

I recently purchase a Samsung tablet from Biddi.com. Initially I was very circumspect about buying this tablet from a new platform because it was my mom's birthday present and didn't want a delayed delivery. However, I went ahead with the order and reached out to their customer service department to get this tablet to me in time. The customer service was amazing, as they even followed up with me once I received the item. There were no delays and I look forward to making many more purchases through them :D

Got this lipstick from Micaroon on biddi and had it delivered the next day as promised. I was initially hesitant because they are a new site but they did not disappoint at all. I will definitely buy from them again. Weird though that other reviews are from 2012 when local news says they have only launched last 2015 here in Dubai.

Still waiting for goods to arrive, had my money and all I get are excuses for non-delivery. Perhaps it was a scam after all, will be seeking legal advice.

I won an item in September - not yet received - have chased several times and have been told it is being dealt with - checked again today and its not even showing on my account - also there are no auctions - what has happened

I first won items from 1st june, to date i have received about 10 items, i have won about 40/50.

I won a sony viao (3 months ago), this week, after several emails, they eventually tell me the item is no longer in stock. they want to replace with a toshiba, they say this is an upgrade (3gb to 4gb). After I refused, they replied stating this is in the terms & conditions that they can replace any item won with another and its not based on RRP, just an upgrade. Does anyone know where I stand legally?
