Quickest, easiest to use full service solution to identify bids/RFPs
Bid Prime provides the ability to ask for and or view documents. This has saved our team an incredible amount of time in qualifying opportunities. Our bid response times are much quicker.
Six months ago, we started using their Doc Search and we've been able to quickly identify even more opportunities. Even the niche bids/RFPs. Maybe the best thing is we have a Customer Service team to answer our questions and dial in our account setup.

Not a bad product but they run it in a dishonest-feeling way. For example, who here reads all the terms of service for any company? You would need to here. They get your credit card and make your service autorenew and there IS NO WAY TO DISABLE AUTO RENEW. You have to call in and if you do it within 10 days before auto renew you still get charged 10% per their terms of services. Feels like a scam.

Regarding your concern about the auto-renewal feature, we fully agree that a subscription should not renew automatically without prior notification. This is precisely why we make multiple communications with our customers who elected the option to auto-renew at the initial checkout. Our aim has always been to provide a transparent and customer-friendly experience.
Along with the notices we send out 60 and 40 days prior to subscription expiration, we assure you that we will continue to educate all of our customers on their option to disable the convenience of the auto-renewal feature directly through our platform or by contacting us directly.
Regarding the pricing concern you mentioned, we agree with you that transparent pricing is essential for our customers. We apologize if you felt the 8.4% increase noted in pre-renewal communications was unclear or inconsistent. We strive to offer competitive and fair pricing based on the value we provide. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account as we continually review and refine our pricing structure.

IMO dont share credit cards
In my personal experience as a user representing only my 18 month + exposure, BidPrime sets your Card to autorenewal, whether you click confirm or not. You dont have the option in settings to change that where it only says annual and doesn't say autorenewal, and offers no boxes to uncheck or check for that matter. Just dont share credit cards with BidPrime in my opinion. There are also tens of other better services out there.

We get everything we need with…
We get everything we need with BidPrime. Their customer service department is always so helpful with getting us bid information. In the last two years of our subscription, I have been alerted to leads that I would have otherwise not known about. It has really become our number one bid resource and puts us ahead of our competitors with how fast we are alerted to new leads.

Our go to website and gets the job done
Our go to website. it is very user friendly. Bidprime has alot more quality leads than it's competitors, All the necessary information such as bid documents and specifications for the leads are already provided which saves time. Customer support has been outstanding, as well as follow up communication to make sure that any and all concerns have been resolved. Definitely worth the investment

Excellent data and support
The BidPrime system is user friendly and posts new opportunities quickly after release. Customer service is exceptional. For example, if we need assistance in obtaining bid documents, BidPrime representatives always send them. Assistance in setting up searches, changes in users, etc. are always accomplished in a simple phone call or email. Always professional
