We ordered the Corteza bi-fold doors after doing our research, Bi-fold door factory had the best reviews and gave a reasonable quote compared to others.
The service was great, Anu was on hand for any questions over email and WhatsApp and the services was excellent. Surveyors came initially to measure up when the door space was ready and were friendly and gave clear instructions on the process and next steps.
When the doors were prepared and a initial delivery slot was given we had to postpone but they were great about this and re-organised a convenient date.
Once the doors were delivered and installed they gave us a walk through on how to use the doors and so far I am very happy with the product.

Bifold Door Factory just fitted a very large fixed window for me as part of a renovation project I am doing at our home. Of all the companies, service providers and people I’ve dealt with during this reno, these guys have been the very best. From providing quotes in a timely manner, to being competitively priced, to working to reasonable lead times, and providing a thorough, efficient and professional installation service, they have been a fab find. Sam in the office was incredibly patient and helpful during the quote stage, Dean got the survey done and order finalised super efficiently, and Jelly & Money today were very professional, courteous, and had the most “can do” and “we’ve got this” attitude I have seen in a long time—something I really appreciated. Even their recommended crane operator, Garth (yes, the window was that big!) was great! I would recommend this company heartily to anyone looking for a great product at a competitive price, delivered with excellent customer service.

I have just had aluminium patio doors fitted by Bifold DoorFactory. Throughout the process, from receiving a quote, measuring up during the order process, to the fitting of the doors they have kept in contact arriving on time as arranged.

The doors a great quality and good value. Jelly and Mony were professional and paid close attention to detail while fitting the doors. They finished the job to a high standard checking that I was happy with the process throughout.

I am very happy to recommend the company to anyone else looking to have bifolds or patio doors fitted.

Great experience with Bifold Door Factory Ltd from start to finish. We first had a look at their website and then went to see their products in person. Dean was very patient in discussing concerns we had when he came to measure up for the doors. Jelly and Mony were professional and diligent in their work. They finished the job to a high standard. One reason we chose this company is that the doors we opted for, Schuco, weren’t offered by other companies. Although a more expensive product, it is also superior in quality (they offer a more economical door too). We had around 5 quotes and Bi-fold Door Factory came in at a very competitive price. Highly recommend them.

We have our doors and windows installed by this company. Through our renovation this company was one of the best and very reliable one who I will always recommend to my other friends. Mr Harj Singh and his team are very professional, polite, reliable persons. We even had a minor issue with a sealing of one of the doors and they very promptly attended as part of after work guarantee and fixed it. Jelli came with his friend and he was extremely polite and did an excellent work. This companies staff are very experienced and I feel very lucky to have their products and also installation through them.

The door was installed last week. I am very pleased with the finish & look of the door.

After searching online for bi-fold doors and speaking to several vendors we luckily got in touch with Bifold Door Factory. Their quote was far more reasonable than any others that we had spoken to. Also they were one of the very few companies that offered us the latest Schuco doors.

The doors were installed earlier this week and I must say they look really beautiful! Yuri and Michael did a fantastic job installing the doors and were extremely professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very patient with us, explaining how to open and close the doors and how to maintain them. We are extremely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Bifold Door Factory.

Very good product at a reasonable cost. Bi Fold Door Factory manufactured a bespoke set of Cortizo corner bifold doors for us with a fixed panel at one end that every other company told me was just not possible. Dean gave us a tour of the very impressive factory, and the beginnings of their new showroom.
We were originally going to opt for Schuco doors but although an absolutely first class product, and if budget had allowed we would have gone with them, but we personally couldn't justify the significant additional cost so opted for the more affordable Cortizo doors. Now they are fitted I don't regret the decision at all, the quality is great and we are extremely happy with them.
They stuck to the originally indicated lead time which at time of order was 7 weeks.
Must pass on our thanks to Gopi and Harpreet the door fitters, they worked extremely hard to fit and assemble two sets of doors and make good in a day, and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

The quality of the doors seem good (only just been installed) and we are happy with the product, however Dean and Sam in the sales team were awful to deal with. They lied repeatedly and told half-truths. They told me it was impossible to expedite the order (7-9 week lead time) but then when I said I'd pay more money they said we could speak to the factory. They then "expedited" by only 3 days earlier than the original delivery window, which I said I wasn't paying £800 for. It ended up with them taking the keys to the doors after they fitted them as we asked them if we could inspect the work as soon as we got back to the house before making the final completion payment, to check for scratches etc. Dean told the fitters to take the keys without telling us so our builders had no access the following day. In the end I just paid the £600 completion payment the following day, as I realized what sort of people I was dealing with ..!
Just adding a response after reading the bifold door review. I can tell you that I am a very reasonable person - please note they do not actually refute anything I say - they did tell me it wasn’t possible to change the delivery time and then I did offer to pay more and suddenly it was possible to change it…. That’s what I always said. The product is good and we are happy with the door, although we haven’t had any rain yet … I am just telling you that dean and Sam are not very nice people - classic pushy sales people just looking for their commission that month, then they drop you.
Anyone who wants to please contact me about this review, it is 100% true and I can verify it all through messages and emails - many of which they refer to in their response were never responded too - hence all the follow ups. Genuinely AWFUL sales team.

We had a full house refurbishment with over 30 windows, sliding door and roof lights supplied by Bifold Door Factory. After visiting a number of vendors prior to the start, Bifold door had the best overall package.

The quoting process was professional and included a lot of the techical drawings

The Cor Vision Plus 3 pane sliding door is a very good system in the market.

Bifold Door Factory was able to supply all windows and door types which meant that we only needed one supplier.

The survey was done professional and the installation team was great too.

Jelly and Bria did a great job replacing one of my doors after the glass had been smashed. They helped to clear all the glass and even went back to the unit to get an additional part that they noticed was damaged. Great service as always.

I visited their showroom earlier this year. Sam was very welcoming as he showed me all their product samples and their factory lines. No doubt about the quality of their windows and doors. Jelly, Gopi & Happy installed one large sliding door and one window for us today. The whole process has gone very smoothly. The site survey was quick and efficient and all contact with their company has been good from the beginning.
