What a pleasure it has been to deal with Bifold Door Factory, we are so glad we decided to proceed with placing our order with this company, the fitting team Gopi and Happy did an amazing job and have transformed our property! My initial contact was with Sam (Sales Team), from the onset he was so helpful and covered all my questions very professionally and was able to provide a quote promptly. From initial quote there were changes to requirements and Sam was very helpful in providing amended quotes. We made an initial visit to the showroom and met with Sam, Dean (Head of Sales) and also Harj one of the Company Directors and we were completely impressed with not only the product we wanted to order but the level of advice and service that was provided to us during this visit. We were not rushed and spent a lot of time on site where all our questions were answered and we were shown around the manufacturing site.
Our order was fairly extensive as we had various sized windows and bifold doors for both house and garage as well as full double height glass curtain walling with a large door installation. There were multiple aspects that they needed to deal with and take into consideration when manufacturing our order and they have done a great job of doing this. Dean overlooked all aspects post manufacturing and was always available over the phone to discuss any pre-survey queries we had and was also happy to offer the best advice to us.
Our survey was done by Gurpreet and even though it did take time due to the many openings and variation of windows/ doors he was very professional and ensured the openings were suitable for install and offered advice of action needed if there were some defects to ensure on day of installation all would run smoothly. A second site visit was carried out by Sam, Gurpreet, Dean and Harj so they could all familiarise themselves with the project and double check all measurements and the curtain walling install was discussed in more detail. This was a level of service way beyond our expectations and was very reassuring that this company, its owners and staff take pride in their installations and provide a personal service to their clients.
At manufacturing stage Harj kept us informed of all progress and he was able to have the order ready within the agreed timescales so there were no delays and expectations were met.
On first day of installation the team arrived on time and were extremely strategic in organising themselves and worked throughout the project with ease and confidence. The fitters Gopi and Happy worked on site throughout the whole project, it was clear they were professional at what they did and had a very clear and exceptional knowledge of fitting the windows, bifold doors and glass. The fitting of the two storey glass curtain walling was a huge task and needed a great deal of patience and experience to fit, both Gopi and Happy handled this as best as they could and overcame any issues involved with this. Throughout the fitting process both Gopi and Happy worked hard and only left at the end of the day once they were meeting their schedule or any unforeseen issues had been rectified. They were a pleasure to have on site and were always willing to carry out any amendments that were required.
There have been some unforeseen issues along the way and this has resulted in some extra visits but Harj has dealt with this as quickly as possible to cause minimum disruption/delay to us, there is still some work left in progress but with an order to this scale the odd hiccup was expected and it has been positive that we chose a company that was happy to work with us to get matters back on track and not ignore them as this whole project was about finer detail. Overall I would highly recommend Bifold Door Factory and would most certainly use them again on any future projects. They are a family run business who take pride on the quality of their products, the service they provide and will try their very best to address any issues on the job. They provide you with high quality products and the level of service provided is beyond expectations.

Had The bifold door factory come and fit all my windows and sliding doors, Gopi and Happy spent nearly two weeks installing some massive sliding doors and they did an amazing job, they have even called me personally after the fit to ensure everything was ok. Really impressed with the installation of our new Schuco bifolds today. Jelly did a superb job, with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Very pleased with our experience with this company. Although we did everything remotely, apart from the survey, we were given clear advice and direction. The final product is great quality and we are pleased with the result. We went with the Cortizo brand which comes with similar reviews to the much more expensive Schuco

Following a very informative visit to their HQ where Sam took us through the different ranges they supply, we went ahead and placed our order. The Bifold Door Factory recently fitted two sets of bifold for us and we are delighted with the results. The produce is of a very high quality. Having placed our order last year, we had to put the project on hold and the company waited patiently until we were able to proceed which we appreciated.The fitting process was run by Jelly who is undoubtedly the most clean and tidy workman we have ever had in the house. With the assistance of Bitali, he fitted both sets of doors over a two day period and we re very pleased to have doors that fit perfectly and open and close easily. Thanks to all involved from start to finish.

Jelly was fantastic at replacing and repairing my window handle / lock. If I’m honest, to date, my experience of the bi fold factory had not been good and I was concerned about the fitting process. I needn’t have been.

Jelly took the initiative to contact me ahead of time and give me an estimated time of arrival, which is a very rare thing!

The new handle / lock was fitted and Jelly worked with unbelievable attention to detail, even rectifying other minor issues which were not picked up at installation. He has very high standards and does not stop until the job has been executed perfectly. He even suggested some ideas to improve the look.

Jelly also took a considerable amount of time to explain how to effectively use and care for the handle / lock. This was very much appreciated. He even contacted his boss to ask that he be allowed time to rectify issues that I had not picked up on. So to avoid me having to book another visit.

Jelly stayed on site until the highest standards were met and finishing and working beyond my expectations. I am so pleased with execution of the job. He also kept an extremely clean work space and ensured all rubbish was removed, which I’m incredibly thankful for.
