hello, I ran into a problem with payments from the big5casino site. They require a deposit to verify the payment method, and then do not withdraw. The site administration, the support service only make promises that everyone will pay. I have been waiting for my payment since 05/28/2023. Complained to the licensee, askgamblers.com. Highly do not recommend, scammers. They don't pay at all!

I signed up for the 100% deposit bonus with 500 free spins plus 5€ cash. I received 155 and not the 100% bonus or 500 spins. Contacted support and few days later I had received the 100% bonus. Extremely poor customer services. Withdrawals never paid. My account was verified after sending docs and later on was terminated and all my deposits and winnings never paid.
