Big Air Trampolines 

I bought the trampoline after much research for my sons birthday. You can imagine our upset when we discovered a crucial tool missing when we were trying to construct the trampoline on the day before his birthday. We had a very tight time limit as we had friends looking after the children and keeping them away from the surprise present so it really was very frustrating and we thought we were going to have one very disappointed little boy in the morning. Fortunately a neighbor came to our rescue with a cleverly adapted dog lead! However I think this is unacceptable service having spent over £200 I expect to have everything we need included. I tried to ring the company in desperation but was directed to an Orange answer phone.

I would recommend Big Air trampolines. They kept me informed of my order every step of the way, and was delivered on time

It arrived next day as promised and was excellent quality, don't waste your time going anywhere else, best value online!

This trampoline has got to be the best!The one we had before,has nothing on this one,its bouncier,sturdier,better priced,an all-round winner.If anyone is thinking of buying a trampoline makes sure its a from this company.Definitely 5 stars all-round.

I ordered from them for my sons Birthday, I ordered on the Friday needing delivery on Monday, all was well until I read reviews on here saying that the service was terrible, well there was nothing I coudl do but wait and see. I received an email on Friday afternoon saying it had been sent, very efficient, and the trampoline arrived on SATURDAY, I had not paid extra for this, it was totaly unexpected but what fantstic service. I wish others provided such exceptional service.
Will definatly use again, well done.

Don't believe what bigairtrampolines.com say about service and the customer being important. They failed to get a replacement part out day after day so we faced an important birthday weekend without the new trampoline. Only after my wife was reduced to tears on the phone would they send out the part.

Bizarrely I said that if the part was not sent out then I would have to reject the order under the distance selling rules. Infuriatingly, despite the enormous cost they faced in getting some 50kg of product back from us compared to the trivial cost of sending the part we needed (which they had in stock) out by courier, they still preferred to go ahead with the rejection.

You get what you pay for.

We finally put the trampoline up at the weekend, and in general are very pleased with it - all the pieces were there, and it was easy to assemble (although needed two of us). However, I have two quibbles: 1) there are no bolts to attach the bottom part of the legs to the rest of the trampoline (as we had on our last one). This means that when you try to move the assembled trampoline, the U-shaped legs fall off, and also it makes it difficult to tether it to the ground in case of high wind; 2) the advertised 'free next-day delivery' turned out to take five days and cost £60 extra. We are not normally considered a 'Highland Scotland' postcode by other couriers, so it was annoying to be faced with this. The only reason I went ahead with the order was because the trampoline was on sale at nearly half price.

We purchased the 12ft family trampoline after taking back a supermarket trampoline due to very poor quality. We found the Big Air to be superior for both assembly and quality. Excellent delivery and excellent price. We have 2 very happy kids and parents !! Would recommend to all!!

We bought the 8ft extreme to replace a 6ft Plum trampoline which had fallen to pieces in the sun after 1.5 years. The plastic covering the spring mats is much better, stronger and thicker than on smaller cheaper trampolines (like Ikea bags) and will last much longer in the sun. The safety netting will also last longer as it is only fixed at the top of the poles and under the spring mats so takes less wear through rubbing on the poles with each bounce, as opposed to those nets attached via sleeves over the poles. The bounce is much greater, you get higher, but small light children don't go too high so still safe. Our kids, 5 and 3 love it! Brilliant trampoline.

The whole service from ordering to delivery went very smoothly, we had no problems and it is up and being bounced every single day by many children. They love it so much and just a huge thank you for a super service.

Delivery was excellent. Ordered late on Monday and delivered before 9am on the Wednesday.
Box was a little damaged due the weight, 47kg, manufacturer needs to invest in stronger boxes as parts could easily have rolled around in the delivery van. We were lucky, all parts were there.
I left my 11, 14 and 16 year old to assemble the frame and then my husband had to take over because parts kept falling down.
It didn't take long to assemble the 10ft trampolin the main problem was keeping the legs up. There are 2 poles that slot in but there are no screws which I was amazed at. It means that unless the trampoline is on 100% flat ground at least one of the poles lifts on the bounce of the trampoline and there is a real danger it could collapse. Also makes it almost impossible to move for mowing the grass. Screws in the legs would have made the whole thing much sturdier and I had known this I would have paid more for something that has solid legs. Saying that we've had it a week, had 2 fourteen year olds on it and there have been zero problems and the price was much cheaper than the competiton. The same size trampoline could easily have cost £100 more on some websites.
So pleased with the product, children delighted but just wish I was happier with the legs and being able to move the trampoline for mowing the grass without a real danger of it collapsing.

I read the reviews and with worries about delivery ordered a week early, but need not have worried. Ordered late Wednesday evening delivered 11am Friday. Friendly and helpful delivery driver.
Only problem was then keeping it hidden before daughters birthday!!
Quality trampoline, assembly instructions a bit vague, but easy enough to put together, took less than a hour.
Daughter now bouncing away happily, takes adults easily too.
Overall very happy!!

After looking at loads of different sites i decided to get the Big Air Extreme 12ft trampoline to replace our old one (different make) which had given over 6 years good service. The reviews and price all looked good. I ordered it late at night on Monday and it arrived mid-day on Wednesday.....excellent service! The kids are loving it and judging by the build quality it looks as though it will certainly stand the test of time! Year after year of fun for this price...it's a no brainer!

Very happy with my 14ft trampoline. There were a couple of springs missing but these were replaced within 48 hrs.

Still not received full order. Big Air staff helpful but their courier service awful (City Link). Only delivered 3 out of 4 packages and have been unable to deliver the final package so no trampoline.

Big Air Trampolines was very efficient and helpful. Delivery was a day late due to couriers not shop.

Ordered new trampoline net, which came with new poles and foam. As soon as bank holidays over received this with a warning of arrival email - very happy.

Received the trampoline In 48 hours not 24 as stated on website. There was no installation option even though their website states they have one upon final purchase page. When the trampoline arrived it was missing one crutial part which ment I couldn't put it together for my daughters birthday party. Phone customer services and now have to wait 1 week for the missing part to be delivered. No apology from customer services untill I asked. Not happy at all will not be returning. I doubt this review will be shown as I have heard that they take off negative reviews.

Our grandchildren love playing on this trampoline. It gives them plenty if excersise.
They have difficulty with the toggles to open/close the enclosure so we are constantly opening and closing it for them, maybe that's a good thing
