Big Air Trampolines 

What great fun, not only does my Son and his friends love this trampoline. But it has made me feel like a teenager again, it is a great fun activity and sure keeps you fit.

If you have children at home really excited about the arrival of a trampoline PLEASE... do not subject them and yourself to this nightmare!!
After reading the reviews about this company-quite a few of which were negative- I decided to give them a chance and make an order from them. Sadly every negative review seemed to materialize during my order.
To sumarise:-
Next day delivery never occurred. Order made on a Friday, expected on the Tuesday, did not arrive until the following Saturday, following a lot of chasing on my behalf. The most frustrating part was after both of us stayed put at home for a whole 2-3 days they had the nerve to try and blame us for" no one being at the property when delivery was attempted".
-Almost impossible to get through to this company by phone. Don't bother with customer services, press 1 for sales. Be prepared to be No5 in a queue, and wait up to 19min before running out of patience and hanging up. The one positive I can think of is you have the option of a land line number.
-My order was expected to arrive in 2 boxes. Only one box received, the contents of the other box were handed to us one by one by the driver whilst rolling around at the back of his van no doubt during the 5 days he was late delivering. As the box with the product identification was through away by the courier there was no way of knowing if I received what I paid for(ordered the "extreme" one with the extra springs).
-Product was send back as to my opinion it was incomplete/damaged. Unfortunately the refund of my money took a lot of time to arrive and a lot of chasing up so much so I was ready to involve Trading Standards.
All in all, an awful, stressful and frustrating experience.

Bought 15ft Universal in the sale at fantastic price. Arrived with one box open? but all the parts were enclosed. This is our first trampoline so no comparisons but its construction is definatly solid, well thought out, great bounce for all and the kids love it! I would definatly recommend it - especially at sale price!
My only complaint, and I have read this before, is the instructions. Very poor and missing the vital bits!! ie do the net supports go on the inside or the outside of the ring - we put ours outside and it appears to have worked. Also not enough ties to secure the safty net really well - they could double the number at no cost.
Still these are minor irritations for what appears to be a 5 star product.

Having had a Big Air trampoline -8foot- for many years we decided to update and purchase a larger one for my daughter.Decided on a 12 foot this time .Ordered it online and it arrived as promised.I left my husband and daughter opening the box on Saturday afternoon. I was to help after walking the dogs.Returned about 45 minutes later and it was totally assembled and ready for use.I was amazed. No parts were missing or damaged which is amazing in this day and age.It is fantastic and she has had so much fun already.This will be in use for many years to come.Our older one is still fantastic after many years but due to neglect on our part the padding had become worn.The lesson being make sure you use the cover and your new Big Air trampoline will be pristine for a long long time. Bought the 8ft big air universal for my daughter's 4th birthday (and my son's 7th). Ordered online and was delivered next day as promised. Put it up on my own, except for a quick hand from my husband when attaching the legs. The trampoline was really easy to put together and was done in less then an hour, even with breaks to hide in the shed from the sudden downpours! The safety enclosure took a little longer but was still pretty straight forward.
The kids were thrilled to bits when they got home from school and saw it and I haven't been able to get them off it since. Hopefully now my beds and furniture will be saved from my 2 budding Tiggers!!!

For the price it is adequate for the job

MINI AIR TRAMPOLINE
Laid all the equipment out last Saturday night and it took me 3 hours to set up! ON MY OWN!! I ended up doing some things two and three times because the instructions weren't very clear. I persevered and it looks fantastic and my 21 month old daughter Poppy Blue absolutely loves it! I have to drag her off. Thanks Big Air!

Dealing with Big Air Trampolines can be a challenge !!!
The first order i placed by telephone did not get processed , even though I did get an email confirming my order and the money was taken from my account. I waited in all day for the delivery . I phoned customer service late afternoon to chase and was told there was a problem ( no one called me to advise me of an issue).

I waited a week to make sure the refund went back in to my account and tried again , this time the delivery went well and we now have a great trampoline that the kids love.

Customer service are helpful once you get through but it can take you 15 - 20 min for your call to get answered.

Trampoline was delivered promptly. Product is as described and gr8 quality. Would def use again!

Ordered a trampoline cover. It was the best value I could find and I was delighted to receive it less than 24 hours after placing the order. With free delivery, I was very impressed.

Took delivery 2 weeks ago of a 14' Big Air Extreme trampoline. My gymnast daughter is delighted and braves all weathers to use it. The bounce from the largest Extreme is phenomenal and yes, I admit it, I've had a go myself. Strongly recommended, and the price is competititive.

brought the 14ft extreme trampoline with %56 off. Definitely worth the money! However the hooks that are connected to the spring cover snapped quite easily and some manual labour to keep the cover over the springs :(

Was very impressed with all the info on the website and promise of fast delivery but other than receiving the trampoline 24hrs after ordering it, it has all gone downhill!

When we put the trampoline net up we found one of the straps was not attached to the upright cover that goes over the post. When I rang for a replacement I was told I could "sew it back on"! I expressed my concerned that the net was there as a safety precaution and didn't feel that "sewing it back on" was the right solution! They then said they would send a replacement which they did. Also one of the screws on the ladder was "shredding" and they told me to buy a new one at BandQ! Then the first time my daughter got on the trampoline the cover on the padding around the springs ripped! Again I rang and they sent a replacement. We then went away for a few days and when we returned we realised that the anchor kit we had ordered was not suitable for us (we have pet rabbits that roam free in the garden and would chew through the straps in no time!). I rang to ask about sending it back for a refund and was told we should have contacted them within 7 days. I explained we had been away and why we were returning it but they didn't want to know. Considering the problems we had had and the fact they pride themselves on excellent customer services I thought their attitude was very poor. I am now very concerned about the quality of the product we have bought particularly the safety aspect of the saftey net. I wish I had paid a bit more and gone for a well know brand eg, TP. I really do think you get what you pay for!

The net that we ordered is good quality and a very good price in relation to other websites that we looked at. From order to delivery was only two days so we were very happy with all round service.

A fab trampoline, though the safety net instructions could have been clearer we got there in the end and think we put it up correctly!! Fast delivery and the kids are loving it.

We bought the Big Air Universal 12ft trampoline, the ladder, safety net and weather cover. Ordered late Sunday evening, arrived mid morning on Tuesday with free delivery. Small problem that one of the boxes was split which didn't seem a big deal until we realised that a lot of the screws/nuts and other bits for the safety net were missing. Rang the customer services number which wasn't answered, then rang the Sales line instead which answered after about a minute waiting at about 5pm. The lady ordered me a new pack of 'bits' to be sent by post the following day (Weds), which arrived today (Friday). From reading other reviews it seems that the packaging/carriage of the parcels is a common problem and could be improved upon. However, in terms of the product itself, the trampoline seems very strudy and of good quality. It took me and a couple of 'helpers' about an hour and a half to put the trampoline up (reading the instructions first about how to use the spring tensionning tool would definitely have made the process quicker!). The safety net took a bit longer to put together, about 2 hours, mainly due to awkward allan key/spanner action needed when fastening the poles to the trampoline legs, but overall the instructions are relatively clear and useful and I'm sure it will be quicker next time I do it. The mat has a few 'snags' in it, which don't detract from its performance, other than that the quality seems great. The kids love it, and I forsee many hours of fun these holidays.

Ordered the 14ft universal with safety net. It was delivered next working day for free as promised. Got home at 19:30 to a group of over-excited kids and had the trampoline itself setup by 20:30 on my own. Let the kids have a go without the net while I took a break.The saftey net took longer to put up than the trampoline itself as ts more fiddly but I was still done by 21:30.

also bought the cover for £10, not had a look at that yet or worked out how that will work with the safety net.
