Wanted to upload a pic, but can’t here. Really satisfied with the experience, BAB team would send an email right after purchase as a confirmation, and along with tracking info, the whole process felt very reassuring and that they care about your purchase. They even wrote a note in the gift box to thank me for the purchase, how sweet! the price for me in total was cheaper than if i were to purchase locally, nevertheless, my item was OOS here so that’s why i went to find online source and that’s how i found BAB.
So happy that there’s such a reliable online buyer for international shopping, especially needed during covid time when our own travel plans are failed or delayed.

Delivery from USA to Italy, everything was ok. I've been surprised by their delivery speed and customer extra caring.

It looks like a total scam. I ordered Pixel 6 and the phone does not turn on. It looks like they had a defective product and sent it to me. They reply rather quickly but with ZERO help and just postponing or advising me to go and solve the problem somewhere else.
Right now, I have a Pixel 6 which does not turn on - bought from this poor company. I advise everyone to be very careful.

First, I would like to thank all the staff at big apple budy for their cooperation, quick response, and attention even after the product reaches the customer. I will always deal with them, as I recommend buying through them as well as the speed of product arrival to the customer had a good role.

Needed a 360 degree webcam for my online proctoring exam, and chanced upon an decently priced webcam (USA item: j5create - last piece) listed by Big Apple Buddy that was even out of stock or not listed/deliverable by amazon to my location (can't rmb which was it).

Though the shipping options came up to be rather expensive (about extra 51usd for priority on top of 30usd service fee) as I needed it to be delivered before my scheduled exam, I took the chance with BAB nonetheless, since there were high ratings for BAB on trustpilot, and it would save me alot of headache on searching for a 360 degree webcam of my budget.

The timeline:

1) Order placed: 16 Nov with estimated shipping from 25Nov to 6Dec (paid FedEx priority). Received email regarding order confirmation after a few minutes. The email informed me that they will send me an update on the tracking details on 22-26Nov.

2) Received the tracking details in email from BAB and FedEx on 23Nov. The tracking code also stated the delivery will be done on 25Nov, before 12pm.

3) Received email from FedEx on 25Nov at 9.24am that the item is out for delivery (otw). FedEx delivered the item on 25Nov, 11:45am to my hotel reception as arranged.

4) BAB team checked in with me via email regarding the delivery. If everything was delivered and is well as it should be.

5) Responded to it and BAB reciprocated that they were appreciative of my feedback and glad that the item arrived safely. Was also asked if I could help them leave a review on trustpilot or facebook to help grow their presence. Which obviously I obliged to, now that I am writing this.

Was kind of skeptical on the rating and amount of review for BAB at first. But got to say that their service rendered was excellent. Prompt delivery and constant follow-ups.

And also I believe my item was purchased by them in the USA, enhanced-packaged and shipped out to my location. I received a handwritten card by BAB on my item, packed securely in a larger box with a lot of kraft paper (those brown paper bag material) as cushion.

Oh yes, and the item was genuine. Managed to activate the warranty on the product on the manufacturer's website.

From a very satisfied customer :) Will definitely buy again from BAB if I need something from the USA. Hopefully they do list it on their website, when amazon fails to.

I placed order on 14th and got delivered at 25th.
Beats Fit Pro, well, everything seems well, but be careful about the final price. I bought item for $199 (around £150 and my final price was around $340!
I paid $199 for item+$30 service fee+$47 shipping fee with FedEx+$8 PayPal fee+$55 VAT UK Tax and fee.
Total price $340 !!! Is not a cheap, be careful.
I didn't say is Big Apple Buddy fault, but shopping on line with them from UK is bit expensive, bear in mind.
Otherwise, buds is great, and I'm happy with them, but if I see final price before I make a order, I will probably not buying them.

Google does not sell the pixel phones in my country. But BAB provides then international.

It's safe. Honest. and the communication felt personal.

I wanted to get a laptop shipped from the US to UK so I had been googling customs codes and forms and it was all very daunting, so I was pleasantly surprised that it went genuinely really smoothly via this company!

They just bought the laptop I wanted from a US shop and sent it to me. Phillis from Big Apple Buddy even emailed me to say the box the laptop came in was a bit dented (the computer shop's fault, not hers) and she would exchange it if I wanted. I decided not to but she put extra padding around it just in case.

They also took care of all the customs stuff; I just paid a fee when I was told to. I was emailed with updates for every step and the shipping was really fast. Definitely worth the money for the customer service, and saved me from the choice between a big headache or a long wait for a UK release.

Purchased a Pixel 6 phone as it's not available in my country. Process was simple, though delivery charge via Fedex isn't cheap. Most importantly, the item arrived and was received in good condition. With transactions of this value, the trustworthiness of the supplier is paramount. I am glad to say the experience with BBB has been fantastic and I highly recommend their service.

The seller is very good and with perfect communication, you know every time, where your parcel is. And the parcel contain a personal notice from the seller, what a surprise.

Very great and fast service. Have ordered a pair of headphones to Germany and it only took like a week after they sent it which I didn't expect to go this quickly. Parcel was also very well packed. Overall a very trustworthy and not too expensive solution if you want to get something from the US. Would definitely recommend and will gladly order again in the future.

Absolutely great experience
Obviously there is a cost to importing my beats into the uk earlier than the official release date but it was definitely worth it for me and the and this company was incredibly quick and kept me informed at every stage
