Asked for the appropriate riser kit for the shower enclosure I had bought,so they put it in my basket and I purchased it, when the plumber came to fit it the riser kit panels where not long enough for my shower tray, when I spoke to them they said it was my fault for not checking the order, even though the girl who supposedly knows what she's selling put them in my basket as the right kit.instead of just sending me another panel they wanted this returning then they would send correct item. As a goodwill gesture they sent me 3 riser feet I was also missing 🤣🤣all this after I had spent over £700 with them..still missing the extra panel as the plumber fitted the one on the side but got none for the bottom as it was to short the remaining bit .. wouldn't use again plumbworld are a lot better and treat customers nicer ...
