Absolutely horrific customer service
Absolutely horrific customer service. I had to fight for a refund for an issue that was entirely their fault, and even then they tried to make me pay the collection costs. To make matters worse, they then attempted to withhold nearly £100 from my refund without justification. Avoid at all costs.
