Speedy, efficient delivery but after that, rubbish. After nearly 4 years we had springs pushing up in the mattress topper, bad enough to interrupt sleep. This Hypnos has a ten year "warranty". They sent out an "independent" assessor to check. Not surprisingly they reported no fault, other than normal settling. So we've got springs digging into our sides, but that doesn't concern Bigbrandbeds. I sincerely recommend you not to buy anything from this company. I would have given zero stars if possible. The reply from the company is what I'd expect. The truth remains that we have springs we can feel, which cause discomfort

Ordered the buster bed frame and its excellent, really sturdy and well made and easy to put together. Delivery was very quick and wel packaged. Communication with this company was really good phoned first for advice and ordrered straight away after. Really pleased with this service and product and would reccommend !

Very good experience with Big Brand Beds. I ordered a Hypnos Mattress at the end of November as a Black Friday deal saving me just over £200 on the mattress. The mattress was delivered in January in accordance to the timescale given. The delivery was early in the morning and the men brought the new mattress to the bedroom and took the old mattress away for recycling. Can't ask for more than that and I'm very happy with the mattress. Wonderful quality service and item.

Fantastic first time purchase from this company. I purchased a Die Zudecke 100% Canadian goose down duvet for a very competitive price (1 website was over triple the cost!).

Ordered on the Saturday, received by Royal Mail tracked on the following Tuesday (thank goodness it wasn't sent by Evri 😆).

A beautiful, well made duvet that I'm sure will last many years. Thankyou.

Top tip: buy duvet 1 size bigger than your cover, this ensures a really good fit and no annoying extra cover fabric.

Briiliant company. I have ordered 2 metal frame beds from here, awaiting delivery of the second one. The first I bought well over 2 years ago. The company has always been helpfull when asked any questions about the beds/frames. They are not cheap investments, so I always ask questions to make sure I am getting what I want and need. They also do a price promise, which I have used and had my refund in no time. They will be getting more questions from me soon as I need another bed, but a folding one this time.

Ordered a bedframe that was delivered the next day.
The description of the frame was good and I found it easy to put together.
The frame is stable no squeaks or movement.
Price for the frame was good. Communication from Big Brand Beds was timely and clear.
On arrival, the box was slightly damaged, but the driver took pictures (as I did). On unpacking there were no issues or missing parts.

I've just bought a Jay-Be foldable bed with pocket mattress. The price was actually cheaper than buying all the spare parts from Jay-Be to upgrade my older bed!
Communication from Stephen Vokins at Big Brand Beds was excellent, and the bed arrived very quickly indeed. Ordered on Monday afternoon, delivered on Wednesday morning.

I purchased a hypnos bed base with a 10-year warranty, which developed a fault 2 years into the warranty Both the manufacture and big brand beds were of no help in rectifying this issue, so be warned the warranty is worthless

The grid structure of the bed is rough so when I put a new mattress on it I could hear it pulling threads on the mattress. After a few weeks it started creaking so we retightened all the screws. Now every time you move it creaks really loudly and the screws are as tight as can be. As this bed was for a larger person I thought it would be sturdier and not creak.

We purchased a Hypnos bed from this company together with a headboard, superking siz and they were very helpful in make changes to our order for the furniture legs.

Good communication during sale and one expected delivery.

During the first lockdown we ordered a new bed and base online from Big Brand Beds. The bed and base arrived when Big Brand Beds said it would. We had some issues with the bed and base, which was not the fault of Big Brand Beds but they could not have been more helpful and sorted everything out. It was a great example of excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again.
