“Costly experience that did not match expectations”
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.
I invested a significant amount (approximately £30,000) into this programme based on the representations made during the sales process, particularly around expected outcomes, support, and the overall structure of the service.
In reality, my experience did not align with what was presented. The level of support and delivery fell short of my expectations, and the results suggested during the sales process did not materialise.
When I raised a formal complaint, the response I received relied heavily on contractual terms and placed responsibility on my implementation, rather than addressing the substance of my concerns about how the programme was originally presented.
This has been a very costly experience for me, and resolving the matter has not been straightforward.
My formal complaint has now been reviewed and rejected twice, and the matter remains unresolved. I am therefore considering further action to pursue a resolution.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering this to carry out thorough due diligence, ask detailed questions, and ensure that anything important to your decision is clearly documented.
