The payouts are nice but the support is trash

After about four days I had enough to cash out $100 after cashing it out it just disappeared. The coins were refunded at alittle over half. The ceo got me the $100, but they also had a bonus going that said if you cash out $100 in a week theres a bonus. Never got the bonus i started having to go to support to even get rewards. Then they just keep saying i have to many games going. i had six and played all six. the whole time im getting email promos to download two games and get a bonus download another game get a bonus and the reason i only have one payout option was i had to many games going. if they fix it ill update this but as it stands id give them a zero if i could.
