Easy to order it came it was supposed to that part was great now I have returned some items for a different size I can no longer access my account? I’ve tried resetting the password but I never receive and email and the site states if you don’t get an email there is no account with my details?? It’s very frustrating no I have given up trying !

Some ok clothes, others poor quality, poor customer service
Very mixed experience with Big Clothing 4 U. By way of context i have spent >£2k with them over the past 18 months. Some clothes are relatively well made and reasonable value (hence not 1 star review). However, others are poor quality and fall apart quickly. Sizing is also very difficult with BC4U selling different brands with large differences in how they size clothes. BC4U does not maintain its own website such that that BC4U will stand by their own pricing from their website of your order - they may reach out to you after you have already paid and completed the transaction, blaming you for errors on their website and asking for more money. Sales with large price discounts (25%+) happen very often such that, if you are price conscious, you should never buy except when items are on sale. My sole experience of dealing with customer service was poor, with the person you are corresponding with not identified in any way ; many rambling excuses for BC4U's own failings ; trying to place blame on the customer; and overall failing to satisfactorily deal with the issue.

As a multi-brand retailer, we are transparent that sizing can vary significantly between brands. For this reason, we provide brand specific sizing information and encourage customers to contact us prior to ordering if unsure. While we understand this can be frustrating, this is not unique to Big Clothing 4 U and reflects how branded clothing is manufactured rather than a lack of care on our part.
Regarding pricing, on the rare occasions where an obvious pricing error occurs on our website, our terms and conditions are clear that we reserve the right to correct this before dispatch. We always contact customers promptly and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund. At no point is a customer obliged to pay more if they choose not to continue.
Our frequent promotions are designed to offer value to customers and are clearly advertised. Customers are, of course, free to purchase whenever they feel the price is right for them.
We’re disappointed to hear your view of our customer service. Our team aim to be transparent, courteous, and solution focused, and we regret that this was not how the interaction was perceived. Feedback like this is taken seriously and reviewed internally.
We stand by the majority of the products and service we provide, as reflected in our wider customer feedback, but we accept that not every experience will be perfect. We appreciate you sharing your perspective.
Great Range,Great Prices
My boys struggle to find stylish clothes that fit, both being over 6ft and muscular. Big Clothing offers a great range of stylish clothing, from casual to formal, to fit all sizes and tastes. The website is easy to navigate and ordering is easy, I could spend a fortune on my boys. Prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider that the stores charge the earth for ‘oversized’ clothes. Delivery was fast (and I got it for free. Definitely a favourite site.

One of the best cloths websites for men of my size, a really wide selection of cloths and sizes which has been a life saver for me. A wide selection of quality too so if you need something cheap for everyday but also a bit higher end its all there. Their very prompt with sending your order too.

Constant spam emails
Constant spam emails
Even though I have unsubscribed, this company still keeps posting spam emails.
I emailed them in August requesting them to remove my data and stop sending me spam emails, and had one this morning.
So, just a warning, if you ever do purchase from them, which I made the mistake of doing, be prepared for constant spam emails, which won't stop even if you unsubscribe.
I don't trust this company with my data at all. They're a nuisance.
