Great quality products - comms could be better though
We bought the Hunter dog coat sadly I chose the wrong size. This was replaced without question but took some weeks to resolve. Communications from big dog world could have better and more frequent. I felt I had to chase them but the new product arrived and we are delighted with it.

Big softies
I have ordered lots of sort toys for my golden retrievers they have lasted a good 2 years. They wash great too. After a couple of years they have managed to make a hole in some of them so I took the stuffing out and play ragging with them they love it. Excellent product great price.
