Customer said they would ship out product. It has been 12 days since my order, and after 7 phone calls with messages left and no returned calls, and 4 emails, they have gotten back to me saying that they have not shipped my product out!! They said it is available at their warehouse. Where ever the hell it is at? Egypt?! Hells nooosss... SAY NO TO THIS COMPANY...
I attempted to order some hard drives from this seller by ordering from their web site. They canceled the order claiming that a mistake was made, AFTER the web site accepted the order and I quoted by customer based on it. I am now out several hundred dollars and bigestock.com won't even answer my email inquiries, let alone make any attempt to work with me to resolve the issue.
Do not depend on them to follow though on the commitments their web site makes for them.

Completely false. We are not perfect, but answer all inquiries and will work with customers to resolve any issue. We have over 3 million sku's on our site, and some listing may have errors. This is the exact reason why noted on the bottom of every page in bold, prices and availability subject to change without notice.
The item was shipped quickly and arrived quickly( 2 days)! The customer service was extraordinary, in that they were quick to respond to any question or concern I had. Not only that, but they had a hard to find item for half the cost. BIGeSTOCK, a company that will be first on my favorites list.
