I feel begrudged to even give this joke of a company 1 star. Ordered a balloon for my 7 year old daughter of whom we parted from whilst the youngest daughter was in hospital 40 miles away. Paid for next day delivery.. it arrived 4 days later in a box that looked as though it had been kicked across a rugby pitch and was totally wrecked. An email response blamed the royal mail and nothing at all was offered to compensate..not even the offer to resend... Numerous phone calls all ending with the person hanging up the phone as soon as I started to explain our upset.. disgusting behaviour... I just hope this company gets its just desserts at some point.

Ordered a walking unicorn balloon for my daughters birthday, got really excited when the box arrived called her down to open it. The balloon was burst. Gutted!! Emailed them and as promised another arrived the following day. Again all the excitement, ok the initial surprise was ruined but at least she was going to get to play with her balloon. Nope, it was burst again. I have now emailed them about 4 times with absolutely no response. Very disappointed in the service. I understand that it could burst but I'm giving 1 star for the way they handled the problem.

Absolutely rubbish company, I ordered well before the cut off for next day. I also paid the special delivery charge which was extra. Spoke to a man in the company at 1pm to say the tracking does not showed delivered. Then I was told to call back in half an hour which I did. Spoke to a women there who thought it was funny to hang up on me. I asked if its not there on valentines day I want a refund. It was a surprise for my partner, I was told when it arrives one day late my partner will have to refuse it in order to get a refund! What she didn't understand about a surprise i don't know!, WHAT A JOKE! BEWARE THIS COMPANY DOESN'T DO WHAT IT SAYS!! such a shocking experience.

They were the only company to deliver inflated balloons that I could find. Although slightly pricey, the balloons has lasted well over a month! Would highly recommend!

Ordered a balloon to my boyfriend's house for his Birthday. It arrived as promised, the balloon was perfect and overall a really good experience. I would use them again.

I placed an order from them a few weeks back, I had to order some balloons for my Mum's 50th. They came yesterday, they were packaged amazing and well protected. Absolutely amazing and so well designed. A very happy customer, will use again!

I have been a customer for a few years now. I ordered only once a year but now I order more because I was so pleased with them. There shipping is Always on time. Never had any major issues. Only had one problem. The customer service was a bit slow but I assume it was to figure out how to address my concerns. Overall I have to say amazing business and I recommend. I have to say I absolutitly love them. :-)
