A few weeks ago they offered a promotional free game coupon. However, due to their technical incompetence they failed to prevent the code being used more than once on an account (programming this would have been really easy to do). Also, they failed to sufficiently communicate that the code was strictly single use only and made no attempt to refuse orders with that code. A few weeks later they suddenly deleted my account (along with ALL my games) for using the code more than once! When I now attempt to log into their website and game client I get an "Error Code P5".

What is annoying and unacceptable is that they deleted the entire account that I made in 2020 during the pandemic. I had 50+ games in there that had been legitimately obtained over two and a half years ago and had absolutely nothing to do with their recent fiasco. Now these have gone too, many of which I was looking forward to playing in the future. If anything, they should have just removed only the recently affected items.

If the situation should change, I will promptly update my review accordingly. However, I am now sourcing my games from elsewhere.

Please do not buy anything from Big Fish Games (or even claim any free games) - you risk losing your account when they next screw up. If you have recently paid for any games from them and lost your account, consider contacting your payment provider to refund you by issuing a chargeback.

I cannot re-install my Big Fish Games Manager. I had a change of hardware and I have tried to re-install the Manager and it will not complete.
From what I can gather, I asked for a code for my games which started asking for one (a security code) after my hardware change (which is common) and that is where the problem lies. I think they have stopped me from being able to install it. I have over 650 games with them and have been with them since 2008. What is one supposed to do when they do not return your emails???

Dishonest company, don't recommend it to anyone, don't get any games from them since they are not safe.

Big Fish Games, through its mistake, made it possible to purchase hundreds of games it published for free. It was obvious that these purchases would be canceled and so they did. But Big Fish Games went a step further: they banned thousands of gamers accounts along with the legally purchased games on those accounts. Some of these accounts are many years old, including mine.

This company spitefully deleted my account which had dozens of games bought over many years because I used a promo code they offered more than once.

If it wasn't supposed to be used more than once they should have coded it that way. It was entirely their fault but they've punished all their customers for it.

Don't trust them with your money! They can and have deleted many accounts for ridiculous reasons.

Seriously, what kind of clownery is this? You make us pay for YOUR mistakes? You blocked people that were spending big money on your website (not me thankfully) and I hope you’ll go bankrupt now. You are a joke as a company, shame on you.

Please add ZERO review. This company deserves it. Gave us code as promo without any context, we used code to claim games and they banned us all saying promo was only for one game. My account was very old and had tons of purchased games, they just banned it because they dont know how to revoke games that was not allowed to claim with code.

They deleted my account because of their own mistake, they released a code and didn’t specify it was a one time use, then banned the users that used it. My account that’s several years ago is gone. Never buy from them, they can remove your account and games with their own fault because their “terms and conditions” allow them to do so.

Their solution? Accounts banned, not a reversal of the games purchased with the code, nope just account banned.

It is a shame that I cannot give Big Fish games zero stars. I changed my bank account and went into my page to change my billing method. I also bought a game, and my payment was accepted. However, Big Fish keeps sending my bill to my old checking account and I have changed this information 4 times already The customer service is non-existent and, after 10 years being a paid member, I am cancelling my account.

I’d love to give Bigfish games a ZERO review. I very recently made a complaint that actually had an honest typo (it happens) and they took it and without questions or a warning they blocked me from playing. The games are easy at first, but they do this to LURE you in. Once addicted, you spend. The games get extremely tight where you lose a lot. I wrote in to make complaint saying how they “punch luck & chance at us when there’s none”. The typo should be “push luck & chance”. They took the typo as I guess a threat and removed me/blocked me. No warning no reason why. I wrote them saying it’s an honest typo everyone makes a typo. No response but was blocked within minutes. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIER SITE. They are bullies of their site. They do care about customers. Not even ones that have paid money on a free site.

Excellent service, game wouldn't proceed, but I got a personal response within 24 hours, with suggestions .
When that didn't work I replied to confirm no luck and they credited me my game points so I could purchase another game at no cost to me. Sad to see so many bad reviews, as this is the second time I have had a problem and they have been brilliant.

I play big fish casino as I love playing black jack. It has been glitching takes my chips and does t play cards for the dealer. I have sent screen shots and recordings of my getting my cards then nothing happens, the dealer doesn’t get cards and no option for me to play. I leave the game to of lost all my chips. I’ve reported again and again and they do not respond. I just want the chips I lost and good customer service help which I haven’t had either. Delete this app if you have it. Worst one there is.

They take your money with no issues or delays or evasiveness. They have a dedicated phone number and email that should there be an issue with the money it can be solved immediately. That's their priority. Getting what you paid for is clearly not even a minor concern of theirs. This made obvious by an endless search to make contact with someone other than "Layla" or "Lulu" for assistance. This is no doubt product of Pay" Performance" where the Mitch (CEO) gets his multi million pay bonus for keeping costs down and profits high. Then he'll leave with his fat cheque as word gets out and people stop buying this product. I just want my money back Mitch. How about it buddy ? It won't make or break your retirement. It's not much. Probably less than the lighter you use to spark up your cuban cigar with. How about it Mitch. It's enough to buy myself a meal. Goodness of your heart buddy ??

Big fish jackpot magic and big fish casino scam. Have accounts in both versions. They ran a birthday event this month spin 5,000 times at a set min bet and win 75B and 7.5B respectively. Of course they don’t offer a spins counter for you to track your spins. So I manually counted and screen shot my spins. Both systems of proof denied by big fish. Instead they reply after extensive research we can verify you made the required spins to win. 4.5 days and manually counting with an extra 200 spins for good measure… but nope we decided you didn’t do it. What a scam company / I guess the 9B coins I lost doing the spinning never happened either??? I also spent $50 just prior on the flash sale 4.6B for $50. They took that too! Stay away - delete it if you have it.

Yes, safe to download, hundreds of games and, once you buy a game you are told you own the game forever...yeah, OK, true, EXCEPT I have found that many of the older games will not function on Windows 10 or 11 now. When I complain to Big Fish Tech support they blithely tell me it is due to my bad computer and offer to replace it with any new game I choose. I have proven they don't work on any computer, told them so but they will not acknowledge that. Game replacement seems fine EXCEPT, since the Covid recovery, the quality of the games has deteriorated considerably and do not compare with the old classics like 13 Skull or the original Ravenhurst. The offer also belies the comment of lifetime ownership. The modern hidden object games have pretty graphics but are short in time, some have no maps and yet expect the player to remember the locations of many rooms that require 7 moves or more to get to just to find some item needed back in the room you were originally. Cloyingly annoying. Big Fish can't help the lack of talent or capable techs but they can accept the blame, apologize for the inconvenience, remove the comment about owning a game forever, replace it with assurance that any inoperable game will be replaced with any game of choice NOT POINTS. 3 stars for effort, nothing for taking responsibility.
