AUG 2nd BIG FISH REVAMP IS A DISASTER
I've been a Big Fish Games member since 2009 and own over 1,247 games. Games purchased after 8/2/22 are easily accessed in my library; 1,247 games are not. The revamp has been a disaster. Yesterday and today I repeatedly hit a '502 nginx' error when trying to access any part of my account. At the same time, the cart doesn't work so I can't buy any games. I see I'm not the only one encountering the cart problem.
While I applaud the new point system (FYI coupons were changed into points on 8/2/22 and were no longer issued as of that date) the Game Manager and other issues have rendered the site a frustrating challenge instead of a joy.
I did write to their legal department - the contact info is at the bottom of the agreement we now must accept each and every time we open the site, whether we are logged in or not. If we don't sign it, entry is denied. I asked them about my missing games and suggested they sue whoever managed the switchover.
Abysmal
I have been a Big Fish member for many years. They used to be really good, any problems were dealt with promptly by a real human being. That was then. The website still claims that they have 'the best customer service', well, if that's the best I'd hate to encounter the worst.
It is almost three weeks since their new website went live. On Monday 1st Aug I was a member and had several credits available, on Tuesday 2nd when they made the switch the site said, as it has done ever since, that I'm not a member, have no credits and no stored payment method. This did not stop them taking a payment from my credit card on on my usual billing date of the 3rd of the month and, guess what? That has bought me precisely nothing, I still have no credits. I suppose I can count myself lucky that I can still access my purchased games, I see from angry comments on their website that others cannot even do this.
All this leaves me with the interesting conundrum of how to cancel a membership they claim doesn't exist. Needless to say their far from best customer services have not replied to my messages.
Whoever was responsible for unleashing this buggy, ill tested mess on previously loyal customers should be ashamed of themselves, but I doubt if they are.

New Revamp/Website
I have been a member for a while, and have many games purchased with Big Fish. Since the new revamp and update, there have been many glitches and issues with games and game manager/website. With the launch of the new website design finding anything is horrible, it is not very user friendly. I have cancelled my membership, and do not plan on returning.

Disappointing revamp
Have been Big Fish member for years but seriously considering cancelling. Revamp of website seems to have led to games being far more expensive to buy. Previously there were brilliant discounts - but new Big Fish Points don't seem comparable value.

been with big fish for years thought the games were reasonable priced and loved playing new games but since they have changed the way they do things the games are too expensve now and i am cancelling my subscription asap you could pay up to 6.99 a game but not they want up to 15 a game and thats with the member ship fee of 6.99 very disapointed

I have been a member for over 10 years and basically only play hidden object with the occasional match 3. In the last 12 months the variety and quality of games available has gone down hill. Gone are the beautiful graphics and engaging story lines replaced by quick and easy game designs. Unfortunately I will be cancelling my subscription.
I don’t understand the negatives
I have been using this site for years, and I feel the standard and breadth of different genres of casual gaming is ‘second to none’, I do not use the casino or that side of the business I just play the games and since I found a ‘money hack’, I have buying a lot. No, the games are reasonably priced (even more so if as a Brit you pay in Argentinian Peso) and there are new games and new series all the time. Each game can be completed in around 5 or so hours and I grant they may not be much replay value, but still for the time spent with games, it is worthy of the investment!
Customer Service Don't Care
I do not recommend Big fish Games because of the following experience with their Ever Merge Mobile game.
I completed the Ever Merge offer to complete level 11 within the specified timeframe and I have never received my 110 gem reward for the game Good Pizza, Great Pizza. I have submitted proof to numerous parties of IronSource, the game maker of Ever Merge Big Fish Games, and the game maker of Good Pizza, Great Pizza TapBlaze.
Big Fish Games is denying all knowledge of IronSource, which means either IronSource is using mobile games to aid in this scam without mobile game developer knowledge or Big Fish Games is lieing.
I have received no reply from TapBlaze.
IronSource says the advertiser has not confirmed my completion of the offer, but does not say who the advertiser is.
I urge you not to do any IronSource offers as this is basically a scam. Ticket #9731784
I also urge you not to do business with Big Fish Games based on this poor experience.

I have used Big Fish for years and loved it. Im totally addicted to Flip Words and Im so sad that I can not play it anymore. Geek Squad and others blame Big Fish for all my computer problems and since purchasing a new computer Im afraid to play Big Fish games anymore. I dont believe it but cant afford to chance it. They were always helpful and always refunded my money if there was a mistake. I MISS YOU!
I just love this website
I just love this website. It has every game you could ever want and its free or a very reasonable price to download if you want. I love hidden object games and it gives me the ability to try it out for a time before i purchase so I know the game already its totally brilliant give it a go!
A company to be avoided.
Big Fish Games do not store games. They also blatantly give preferential treatment to American customers. Anyone not American who changes devices is forced to pay for the games again. The company calls complainants liars, and laughs at complainants. They do not read emails, and the only 'response' is a computer generated 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal. A company to be avoided.

Been paying member since 2007. Even bought a window osx so I could play other games. But since they were sold they have totally gone down the toilet. I can't play anything at all on my new macbook because they're "working on" updates. and even games they say are compatible with my desktop running el capitan are crap. only half the game shows up on the last 2 I tried to buy. I'd like to cancel but I've got 47 credits sitting out there and lose them all. at this point if anybody has a good site that is similar where you can buy game license, please let me know. I'm over BigFish - they turned into a BigTurd.

I only wanted to pay for 1game and they have been charging me without my permission for the last several months 7 dollars a month of a type of club game which I have no clue what's for and I never authorized this. Customer service on autopilot
I bought many Big Fish games over a number of years, however their customer service appears to be on autopilot. I mistakenly bought a game that I thought was being offered at a discount. Instead they charged me full price; the "discount" was only for those who subscribe to a plan for multiple purchases. They ignored my requests for a refund, instead offering me credit. That is not acceptable in these circumstances. I informed them that they had forced this customer to quit (they did not even respond to this message); I did not go back, and I have not missed them.
Big Fish used to be a great company
Big Fish used to be a great company for games however, since they are now new ownership the company is not as good as their competitors. The new games are few and far between and their customer service has gone way downhill.
Big Fish games are going downhill
I have been a fan of BF for a long time and enjoyed it. However, in the last 2 years, the games that they sell are really bad... Most are old games being resold but the other ones look like they were put together in an hour...Just terrible.. Sad because BF was always trustworthy and I felt safe downloading their games. I am now looking for another place to get NEW, FUN games.
Gone downhill so far that they're in the ditch
I've been buying from BFG for more than 15 years. It used to be a fantastic place to get games, but they have gone SO far downhill. The games are OK, if you can get them to work, but there is no backward compatibility anymore, many games just don't work anymore, and the tech support is nonexistent. I'm really surprised they're even still in business. How does one even survive on a business model like this??
