It has been several weeks and my book is still not here. Apparently, they didn't actually have the book and are waiting for it to arrive from someone else so they can send it to me. This process was not disclosed when I ordered it.

EASY TO PURCHASE ON LINE AND DID RECEIVE PACKAGE IN THE TIME FRAME STATED ON WEBSITE.

Bought a book. Paid for then found out I had a refund and cancellation without any explanation. Reached out by email without any response.

The E book was available immediately after purchase. Thnx

If I could rate a zero I would. We still don’t have a book. And no good estimate of when it will be available to ship. College students need these books and can’t wait half a semester until you can get one to ship. Very poor experience!

I’ve yet to receive my order. There has been very little communication. Two weeks had gone by and I was only then notified that there were issues getting the book from the supplier. The class that requires the book has already started and there is no indication that it will ship yet alone arrive. I cannot recommend BiggerBooks. The order is about 80 dollars. I would like a refund or a steep discount.

Simple, book came in good condition and ordering process was easy.

Never received book, several emails unanswered

I ordered my daughter’s textbook here and paid for expedited shipping. The book never arrived. After numerous emails sent with no response, I finally received a reply that the book is back ordered and won’t be delivered until December. She is still without the book now because she has to wait for it to be delivered from another company. Meanwhile her class goes on. Ridiculous. Will never use this site again.

Even though it took 10 days for the book to arrive, it arrived in good condition.

Order got cancelled. I didn’t even receive an email about the cancellation, had to find out myself after a few days. Already missed 1,5 weeks of reading for my class

Attempted to buy a college book for Fall 2023, but ended up getting the order canceled. Has yet to give me a refund despite it being more than 5 business days.
(Edit) After calling them a few times; I finally got it.

Wish more direction was given on how to return the book. Besides that it was a super smooth process.

I never received my order ! I tried contracting support and I didn’t not get a response twice !

I'm very disgusted with my experience with Bigger Books. I thought I was buying the Practice of Statistics TEXTBOOK but received the study guide instead. The photo of what I received WAS NOT what was pictured on the website. What was pictured as the TEXTBOOK. Now it is going to cost me $15 to ship it back for shipping and restocking?? For you being misleading?? Disgraceful. I sent a message to customer service and of course hear nothing. I click on the support link to see where my message is and of course "page not found." As a homeschooler, I'm in a TON of social media groups... and my son is getting ready for college... I have nothing good to say about your company. I will not use you again. Also your web design is horrible. I had to switch from Chrome to Safari just to complete my order as the "submit" button was hidden under the bottom banner. I am a web designer/programmer - that is NOT a hard design issue to fix. Should have been my first warning about this company... the second that it took two weeks to get my order because of some lame excuse of the supplier. Wow... 2023 and this is how you deal with customers???
