Great product, easy to light and provides a great flavour to the meat as well as surrounding area. Neighbours commented on the lovely fragrance. Worth paying for quality as other chef charcoals do not deliver. Will always buy charcoal from this company.

Lights easily, clean smoke, and steady burn. Easy to relight. Twin pack was bought as better deal for delivery - the maple was for a side of salmon dish, the other is a standard fuel for me.

This is the best charcoal I have ever used. It I expensive but when you have invested on a big green egg and have bought lovely food to cook on it, it is well worth using really good charcoal on it. I haven’t used the maple one yet but am looking forward to using it soon
