A game changer! Had our first outdoor event at the weekend and cooking with the green egg was incredible. Quote from my partner "I think this is the best thing you've ever bought!" We started easy with a roast chicken, but it was so simple, we're now thinking of all kinds of things to cook.

I purchased the Big Green egg for its temperature control range of cooking modes. It has not disappointed! At the weekend we cooked pizza on the Saturday, then let the egg cool for a pork shoulder for pulled pork on Sunday. The egg held the temperature at 100 degrees all night to ensure that the pork was perfect for Sunday lunch. What surprises me is how easy it was!

Outside the delivery issues, the kit itself is mega. Though there are discrepancies in how to clean and maintain elements of the BGE between the literature you are given and the online guides.

One of the most sturdy well built BBQ I've ever used. Done about 9 or 10 cooks in the 2.5 weeks I've had it, and incredibly impressed with the build quality. Would highly recommend.

the egg is extremely well designed and efficient in maintaining the temperature. the only area of improvement is the delivery process, it is very annoying that they leave the pallet, creating a problem for us to get rid of it.
