Ordered phone parts that arrived faulty stated faulty on arrival by phone repair professional.
After six months now I still have not received parts to repair my phone!
After months of trying to contact them was told they will send parts.
Had to send emails, face book messages and comment on their Facebook page before I got a response.
No parts sent..
Then was told please return faulty parts to this address, they did not provide address (that was nearly 2 months ago).
All communication emails etc etc since have been unreturned..

I am now contacting bank to report as fraud.

First ordered a tablet there, works fine but can't handle moderate heat nor cold.
Then ordered a phone... It didn't work. Then after much arguing, and sending back the disfunctional one at my expence they sent me a new one that didn't work. Then when I complained they first accused me of fraud, only to apologice because it really was broken, and ask me to send it back again with me paying transport again. At that point I gave up on them because the entire process had now taken more than half a year, and transport was expensive.

The customer service is crap, and product quality questionable.

They are fraud or simply bad and stupid, i don't know how to correctly describe their attitude to a customer. I was ordered from them a spare lcd for my phone, i pay the order and start to wait. For almost a month order was in "pending" status. I wrote them 4 or 5 emails - no one answers, like they just don't give a sh**. I was able took my money back only with PayPal help.
Strictly NOT recomended to do business with BigRugged.com. They stole my time.

I use the "Land rover gt " for 14 days . There are no problems . I am very pleased with the smartphone . My wife finds it great too. So I ordered one at your will . The shipment to Germany with DHL Express was very fast ( 5 days) . The clearance was unproblematic. I can your shop and the GT only recommend . with friendly greetings from Germany. Matthias

Delivery took over a month instead of "10-15 days". Moreover, I had to push them all the time and they did not reply until I submitted a claim via PayPal. Bought a Conquest S8 and the phone itself is good, but I did not get any accessories that are given as free gifts buying from, for exapmle, Aliexpress. They don't keep their promisses. NOT RECOMMENDED, because they are liars and time wasters. Buy from aliexpress, China directly instead - it's cheaper and better.

Warning!!!. Bigrigged is a fraudulent business. Please do not order anything !!!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. After waithing 1,5 month for my order, they dont reply or give me any date for delivery and they dont refund the money. The company is VERY BAD and I advise all not to use the eastern placed company!
