returns not nice
I placed an order for my husband it took almost 2weeks to get to my home the day it had arrived was also the day my husband past away . I did not open the package i try to call and email .to find out how to return the order but no answer finally i called back an hit the button to place an order someone picked up right away. I explain that my husband had past and i didn't even open it. The guy on the phone say u would have known how to return it if u opened it. I say i told u i came home from the hospital and the package was on my porch. I ask do u send me return label by mail or email he said no u have to go to paid to return it. I don't think that was very nice at all i have enough going on.
