The overall product once created is pretty good and processed quite quickly, but the system itself is rather clunky and limited. It would be great to have more options (like ‘stickers’) and easier to use with uploading photos, moving them around and making adjustments. I think the old system had better, slightly easier to use options.

Report sexual harassment to the Store Manager and get told you're not a victim, but a victor, then company let's it continue because the person in question is an ''asset" to the Woolworths Group. I heard when I came here to “be careful”, and from more than three women “everyone knows what he’s like” and “nothing will change” after detailing my experience with assistant manager of the BIG W store I worked at. I went to another manager for help, then when I reported the harassment to the company in writing she said it didn't happen. Employee Relations Manager threatened legal action if I continue voicing my experience. Early on working here I thought my younger sister could have her first job here as the environment is relaxed and welcoming. They will actually believe one managers word over visual evidence in writing of herself acknowledging this was occurring and the ‘asset’ himself saying in writing he saw nonissue with his behaviour toward me. This inappropriate behaviour I experienced has been reported more than once by employees, but the company does not care because he is an asset. Currently in the process of a workcover claim for the mental effects this job had on me and what the company let to continue happen. Further reporting it to work oh&s bodies as well as the Police in the way the company themselves have handled a manager stalking a worker at work when he was told not to be there around them. The company has to contradict themselves and say he “had to do his contracted hours” and then “You were asked to stay back so you came across each other”. They heard time and time again how this was making me feel mentally, and still do not care.

- If you aren't favorited by management, you will not get good hours or treated with respect. I went from 15 hours a week to 38 hours, then I reported my managers harassment and saw that decrease to 15 hrs again

- Sexist and ageist. I see male managers treat the older women the here in ways that would suggest the company encourages sexism

- The company will do as much as possible to deny liability for issues raised that their store managers REFUSED to handle because the close personal relationships policy was too hard for them to work by
- When I reported Sexual Harassment, my store manager said this wasn’t a work issue.

I have been using Big W for photos, photo frames and other photographic giftware for many years. It is always easy to use and if I do have a question, because the technology does change, I always receive prompt and friendly help. The lass who works there has been employed for many years and is always friendly and efficient. The quality is always very good and I receive photos very promptly. It is because of this I would go nowhere else. I did try another chain store for a canvas print and was disappointed with the quality, so never again.

Ordered online pick up was at store. Rang the store to find out if it had arrived and yes it was there. Went to pick it up within 1 hour from phone call know one could find it for ages. Photo( Poster) was lovely. Got an email 3 days later to tell me it was ready for pick up. Only issue I had was poor communication

Great service here from the time I ordered to receiving them , quicker than I expected also very pleased with the end result

The best way to make a memory is Biw Photo Book! I like it very much

I downloaded the Big W app and can send my photos through the app that I wanted printed, it was so easy, then I could just pick them up when I got notification from Big W. So you don't have to sit at their computer and do it. So simple and time saving.

Very disappointed with the new site and the lack of features, borders, embellishments etc. I have completed many photo book over the past 5 years and was very happy. My most recent book was done on the new site and final result was very disappointing and will look elsewhere to do future books.

Excellent service. I chose to collect the photos at the nearest store. One hour after sending the order I received an email notifying me that the photos were ready to be collected.

We had our daughter’s kindy photos printed onto canvas for the grandparents Christmas presents. They turned out beautifully, I’m expecting there will be a few tears 😊

I recently ordered a set of 4 coasters for a friend with a picture of a favourite flower in her garden. I didn't realise they were going to be smaller than the coasters she already had (I'll remember to check measurements next time), but the online order and store pick-up process was very easy...

The Big W coasters were finished beautifully - the colours were rich and sharp and the coaster had a flawless 'glass-like' finish over the photo!

Lovely product, just wish they were a bit bigger, perhaps with cork on the underside instead of masonite :)

Would definitely use this service again though.
