Bell And Son Watches 

Had very good service with BIJ watches. It was exactly what I wanted and came very fast which is what was promised. I was not impressed to come back home and find the package on my doorstep for everyone to see as it could have easily been stolen or got caught in the rain and had a note to say it had been signed for which it wasn't. Again BIJ watches was brilliant, it was just Royal Mail.

I would recommend them to friends and family. I would definately use them again. Spoke to a member of staff about the strap (was it usual strap or clasp), he went to check and rang back with the information. Very friendly and helpful.

Was looking for a specific watch for my boyfriends birthday, had ordered from another company and they had let me down (said they had it, took my money, didn't have it in stock). I found the watch on bell and son watches and placed the order hoping to get it on time. Ordered the watch just before 4pm, received the next morning at 10am! Very, very good service. Great watch, my boyfriend loves it, I'm very happy and would use them again and recommend to others.

Hi ordered and received in a couple of days. The price was more than 10% cheaper than other sites I had researched.

I found that the watch I ordered was cheapest on their website. Delivery was the next day. Only concern is that there was no seal on the box. I presume it's because they had to write the warranty the day it was sold.

Compared the rate with other sites and this one came up the best. The watch arrived on time.

Ordered my watch at 3.40pm on Tuesday,delivered following day at 11.45am.
The Seiko watch I purchased was cheaper than any other UK retailer or web site, the company also provides a price match service. I have communicated with the owner Ian Bell via e-mail and found him to be courteous,very helpful and true to his word.

Ordered my Seiko watch online Sunday afternoon; I emailed to confirm watch bracelet adjustment size required; on Monday morning Ireceived emails from Bell & Son confirming that bracelet adjustment had been done and that watch had been despatched; received watch Tuesday morning via Royal Mail tracked service. What can you say Excellent prices; Excellent service. If you want a good priced watch with top class service use these people you can't go wrong, (no I haven't got shares in the company, but maybe I should !!!!).

I was looking for a gift for my wife's birthday, you know something a bit special but I had a limited budget.
I thought about a nice watch, a bit of bling but with the touch of quality, so I checked on the internet and came across Bell & Son.
I checked their stock and found exactly what I was looking for, a Sekonda Seksy Elegance and as an added bonus it was £15 cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
It fitted my budget so I went ahead and ordered, it arrived within days, very prompt and free delivery and best of all her indoors loved it, she said it was just perfect.
I would have no hesitation in recomending Bell & Son to anyone or returning to them for further purchases.

I was slightly wary about buying a watch over the Internet as it's difficult to get a true picture of the size, quality and look of the item. Also I knew that the metal link bracelet would need adjusting to fit my wrist. I was wrong to worry about Bell and Son. I received a prompt response to my order, which reassured me that the watch was on its way and had been adjusted to fit the wrist measurement I provided. The very next day the watch arrived!
