great bikes. i recommend them

i order a front derailleur for Giant rapid on 8 july anf after one day my oreder was canceled and no money back.
DO NOT BUY ON THI SITE - HAS NO CONTACT NUMBER.
They dont answer on my emails.

Good store, a lot of choice

I bought a Spada Jacket in march this year, it had a 1 year guarantee with jacket, description of Jacket said it was water proof etc. The first time I went for a ride on bike and it rained, my back, arms and under arms all got wet through. The jacket was so wet inside it took several days to dry out. I contacted Customer Services about the jacket they said that I could return the Jacket and would look into it for me. I asked if they could send me a returns label, they said that they would. After several weeks of waiting for the returns label, I contacted them again asking where the returns label was had to go over everything again with them, said they would send one out as yet still not got the returns label so I have a jacket that I can not wear if we have the British weather. So very unsatisfied with the service and very disappointed.

I've bought items from here with no problems, but when my girlfriend bought a jacket that leaked through after a month they have refused to honour a years warranty, deleted her review from the site and failed to return calls/emails.

The initial service is great, but if there's a problem then that's when bike gear falls down.

Really Great Service!!!!

I ordered the "jeans" half of RST 2 piece leathers and Bike Gear didn't have my size. I left it a week then called. I just had to make one call and they were onto it, exploring not just the stock in all Bike Gear stores, but also RST's stock. They found a pair of jeans in my size and shipped them within 36 hours of my call, and threw in a small gift to say sorry for the week's delay. Some of the best service I've ever received.

I bought a helmet from big bike book last year on ebay and found there prices were miles ahead of anyone else on ebay. I recently had occasion to buy a lot of new gear and have found that bike-gear have a super range, fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Lots of offers to tempt but on stuff that you need.
Had one wrong item delivered but it was sorted no worries, didn't put me off ordering again. Good courier service used as well - always a problem having to wait in for deliveries, you at least get kept up to date with the company used - A big plus!

Easy to navigate website, easy ordering processed, prompt updates, speedy delivery, would use again. Highly recommended

I ordered my helmet which was delivered next day free of charge to my work address, I contacted them once I purchased this (cheaper than anywhere else I may add) I emailed them to ask to send to my work address as I would be there all day, as promised this was re routed. To bullet point it, excellent value, fast delivery, great communication, what else do you need???

There's not a huge amount to say really - just really good service. The item arrived well packed, in good time and for a good price. The kind of efficient, easy service that doesn't draw attention to itself - Bike Gear gets it just right.

Despite inadvertently ordering two pairs of boots late on a Sunday night I received a telephone call first thing on Monday to check if that actually was the case. Everything sorted within a two minute telephone call and boots with me Tuesday morning.
