I ordered a kids bike in September. Surprise surprise, the bike wasn’t in stock. I asked to cancel the order. Now, 20+ emails later, after replies with excuses, I still haven’t gotten my money back. This site is a complete SCAM. They are only out to CHEAT YOU. BOYCOT the site and report them as many other already have

i bought 2 bikes in March 2025, received an email that there will be a refund as bike is not in stock, however no refund received till October 2025

Never use this website. When the money is sent they never deliver anything, sometimes they replied on email but after cancellation of the order they never return the money. You just need to report to a police.

As I see in here many of us in the same situation. Purchased bike not available but no refund processed. Can someone help where I can report them? I tried consumer protection but no help. My next step is via my legal insurance a claim. I hope that we can get our money back. For those even think about to buy a bike from this scammer, please DONT. Awful awful person!

We ordered a bicycle in November 2024, but after purchase it turned out not to be in stock after all. Instead we were offered an alternative or a refund. We chose the latter, but despite repeated contact we are still waiting for our money. Pure deception - we do not recommend buying anything here!

Wij kozen voor het laatste, maar ondanks herhaald contact wachten we nog steeds op onze geld. Pure misleiding – wij raden aan om hier niets te kopen!

At the end of December I ordered an Altec bike for my daughter. The order was validated and cashed immediately, to learn after several days and while the delivery was announced... that the bike was not in stock (a "mistake" that they were going to rectify)!
I asked for an immediate refund, as proposed, but I'm still waiting after 6 weeks, promises and a lot of blah blah!
In the meantime, the site 'explained' to me that the transfer had been made automatically, then that it was impossible and that I would have to provide another account. Finally, after several days a message informed me that the transfer would be effective within 3 days to the new account (transfers are instantaneous in the Netherlands).
Guess what? Obviously, no transfer was made.
The best part: the exact model/size of the bike has never been removed from sale and is still present on the site! So we are dealing with a scam.
Run away from bike2bike.nl!

Worse review ever, they sold me 2 battery’s, that does not fit the bike

they haven't returned the money for the bike for more than a month!!!!

On July 16, I placed an order. The bike was not in stock. But no one informed me about it right away. On July 18, I cancelled the order. And I'm still waiting for a refund!!!!!!!! They weren't going to return it, although they say that the money was returned long time ago. It's time to file a complaint with the consumer protection service

If you reading this comment then I think it's too late for you :)
Now you just need to wait 7 days for email answer. Then send another email for them to return your money, then wait 7 days for reply. Then wait 14 days for money return haha.
This is not even company, they don't exist on google maps. They are a joke.

It's a scam! I have the same story: I ordered the bike, they told me to wait. In a week they notifited me, they don't have the bike I need and proposed me SMALLER bikes. I asked to return my money - no answer on email, empty promises in whatsapp. I recomend to everyone in my situation not hesitate and go to police.

First we chose a bike, but after a while we ordered they said: The bike was not available. And gave us a few links of the same bike but a different brand. We ordered one, it took 4 days and we received it. But it was bigger than the size we initially ordered, so we tried reaching out (which took more than a week) They couldn’t answer the phone. And after another week they replied and gave a smaller bike (for 40 euros exchange) But when my daughter went on the bike, the seat went loose. So we tried fixing it (7 times) and finally we tried reaching out to Bike2Bike which took another week. They replied that they would take it and repair it, but we said no because this website is trash.

The bike I bought was no longer available. They asked me to pay 60 euros more to get another one. In the meantime the bike I bought and they say the do not have is being sold on their website.

Also do not expect customer service in English.

It has been 5 months that I am waiting for a refund… 🙁 I paid for an order which I never received, because the product was apparently out of stock and the order cancelled by Bike2bike. I can not contact them by phone (unreachable)… !

I can not say enough how wonderful Bike2Bike was!!! Very professional very patient with learners and the best instructors!! Helpful with the correct rider’s equipment the bikes are awesome!! I had zero confidence and passed both tests first time because of the fantastic way they teach! Thank you Bike2Bike!!!

We bought 2 bikes from there, both in mid-range prices. They both started creating problems since the first week. So far, we spent around 100 Euros for getting the the problems fixed on these bikes that are only 5-months old. The person who fixed the bikes said that very cheap material was used in the chain box and the montage was also not done well (we chose for ready to go option when we bought them)

From CBT to Full license all the gang have helped me progress through each task.

I ordered from Bike2bike, they canceled my order first, saying that there is no stock, then they sent me links to buy a new one or they said they would refund money, but I can't contact anyone. I've probably been tricked. Never buy a bike there. never! contact numbers are out of use on websites. I will quickly take legal action and I will never leave it. There are open addresses and some information on the internet. I will also file a complaint with the police. never buy from here. you will be scammed. I will do my best for them to get their punishment and I will get my money.
EDIT: today I got my money. But it is very very very hard for me. I think never order from this web site. They wont send you a bike. they also caused a lot of tension

Just done my mod 2 and passed 1st time today. I used bike2bike for my cbt, mod 1 and mod 2 full access. Faultless. I have recommended to everyone that i know is going to do their tests/lessons. Every instructor i met was patient, kind and informative. I had 0 experience when i done my cbt and now i have full licence in the space of 2 months all thanks to bike2bike. So happy right now (done at greenham buisness park one)

Fast delivery, good quality bike for the price.

Not a great experience. I've never been on a bike before so needed to build confidence as well as how to ride. Unfortunately the instructor wasn't patience by any means. It didn't do my confidence any good with him shouting, sighing and swearing when I didn't learn at the expected speed.

If you have ridden before you'll likely be ok as were the 2 lads on the course but if you are new to motorbikes I wouldn't recommend. I've since got someone else to help me build confidence off road for an hour and it was a completely different experience, having that encouragement as well as actually listening to me. Considering I paid Bike2Bike I'd expect their instructors to be the same but sadly the opposite.
