I when to the shop today asking for bike boxes and that stupid guy told me you don't get nothing from me because I don't like you reason why I bought a couple off years ago 5 bicycles there the told me the would do maintenance and clean them all unfortunately when I came home in Belgium I had to find out the did absolutely nothing I had to change chains cassettes everything because everything was worn out all the rentel stickers where still on the bikes it cost me a lot of money to get them all decent again and yes so I complained to there main office anyway now I buy all my bicycle stuff at bike point across the street the do a Wonderfull job and have decent and definitely more polite staff there
