After 40 minutes one of the two electric bikes my partner and I hired got its chain jammed due to the chain not being properly tensioned.
The bike company did not offer any refund out of the £60 they charged us. This was a disappointing last day to the holiday.
Fantastic company, great bike and value had the bike for a week and rode nearly 500 miles no problems , lost a handlebar end cap no charge

Based in port de pollenca, right at the start of the ride to Cap Formentor. Website is very easy to follow and allows single day rentals.
The bikes themselves are new and being all Giant brands, very good quality. Service was very professional and the bike's are adjusted for you, including attaching my garmin back light.
They are also based close to the beach so a refreshing swim after bike return and lots of coffee shops nearby.
