I just recently sent a chipped helmet to them to assess & repair if safe to do so. I live at the very bottom of the UK & they are at the top. My helmet, (even with the COVID difficulties), took way less than 24 hrs to reach them, and they gave me a lightening fast conclusion as to the state of the lid.

The lady that deals with the communication (won’t mention her name for security reasons) was very friendly & couldn’t be any more helpful! - massive, massive thanks to her for her input.

When the helmet came back to me, I nearly fell on the floor, you couldn’t tell it wasn’t a brand spanking new one!

I would have no hesitation in sending this company something else to repair, even if they are at the extreme opposite end of the island.

Had a little problem with a bike frame, the guys were flat out but managed to squeeze me in, and turned the job round in 4 days. I cant thanks them enough. They are expensive, but by god they do a great job.
