Appalling service. Still waiting for a refund.
I ordered a wheel on 21st August, and was told the order had been completed on 23rd. The wheel still hadn't arrived a week later, so I left an email in the 'contact us' page, but received no reply. I phoned and was told the wheel had 'been lost' in the post, but that a replacement had been sent. I waited another week, left another email query (also unanswered) and called again, this time to cancel the order and demand a refund. Now, two weeks later, I still have not received my refund - which I need to be able to buy a wheel. I have now been without a bike (my sole means of transport) for a month, due to this company's appalling service.
Today - 23rd September - I have tried calling repeatedly but only got a voicemail service. I'm still waiting for my money back...
