A 49"boys bike is not a very demanded bike. No alternative was offered.

Sorry to hear that you were not pleased with our service. Most of our bikes are in stock, but some bikes are very wanted and so is the chance available that we need to order the bike at the factory. If so, it will be delived within a few days, but unfortunatly the factory isn't able to produce the bike you wanted in a short time. We have tried everything in our power to get you the bike you deserve and we have also given you a few of alternatives. We hope you managed to get another bike you wanted before your deadline last monday.
