The ski bindings I received were missing mounting plates but I was assured they would be sent to me. What I received was cheap knock-off generic junk, not factory parts. A month had passed and I was left with no choice but to get used mounting plates. Since a return was no longer possible I asked for a discount for my trouble which was refused. Terrible experience.
I ordered from Bikewagon two times, both involved communication with customer service and both times I received better service than I could ask for.

Ordered a part for shipment to Denmark, worked fine, came quickly, approx. 10 days ..... Remember that you must pay the import fee to the Danish postal service (160ddk.) and VAT 25% ... You must also pay VAT on shipping costs.
You have to save more than 160ddk. + VAT to make it profitable.
