OBS! Många recensioner rör enskilt företag som annonserar på vår sajt. Vi försöker alltid hjälpa besökarna för att lösa dessa ärenden. Bilåtervinning i Tibro AB Cheater seller!

Seller Bilåtervinning i Tibro AB send part bigger box than selected package maximum dimension was (sender make all those selections). Also charge from me "express delivery" cost over 100€ (normal cost max 50€). Well, because box was too large it takes over three weeks get part finally to right size parcel machine. I contact several time to seller and also shipping company (NordPost); no any help, just lies from seller. Now I want return part because delivery take so much time; seller dont take any responsibility! Just say that I have no right return part. This company Bilåtervinning i Tibro AB / Muhanad Ayad Fatah is true liar and cheater!

I order a small fog light

I order a small fog light. And these clowns want as much for the freight as the part cost. 20€ freight within Sweden. The package I estimtimate to be 200*150*100mm. and weight les than 0.5kg.

100% ripp off.

Answer: to the answer below. Well beacuse I need the part and your site did not offer any other cheaper options.

But regardeless of my need I still have the opinion that the freight options you offer are totally derailed,
It is you choosing what freight companies you cooperate with and on what terms. Not me as a customer.

And here we go with the blame game. It is not us it is them. So old.

Still you cooperating with a comapny that scams the customer on the freight. Both you and me know that freight is not 20€. So if you had any concern about your own reputation you would not work with scamers. Simple as that. However you twist and turn this you are just digging the hole deeper and making my point stronger.

Bildelsbasen.se do not set the freight price. It is the advertisers on our page that do that. So you should set your grade at the company you ordered from.
But why did you order from that company when you thought that the freight was too expensive? It cannot be a ripp off when you knew the freight price before buying it.

Answer two:
No, we don't offer the freight. The seller (often a dismantler) has their own agreement with freight companies. We do not have any agreements with freight companies because we do not sell or send car parts.

Beware: Returned product - no refund

Beware! Ordered wrong part, not even unpacked when received and it was obvious it would not fit.
Agreed to return for a refund.
Support was hard to reach but confirmed that was the way.
After it was sent back, I got weird excuses it went to wrong place (although I could prove it was sent to the exact address I was instructed to ship to) and eventually the package was marked as delivered and I lost my part and my money (nearly 400€)
Support did not help and stopped talking to me and I would have been better off keeping the part and not spending a decent amount of money on shipping it via a courier. If I sold it locally, at least I would have got some of my money back...

Might be this was safe to buy at some point but this last experience left me feeling a bit uneasy about purchasing via this site.

If a part do not fit even though the has gotten information about your vehicle and checked, then you should have full refund and the return cost paid.
Please let me know what advertiser on our site what do not follow the rules. You should have contacted our support after the refusal from the seller.

I am sorry, but it is up to each seller to decide where they wish to send their packages. In your case, I guess the seller do not send outside of Sweden.
We are working on our new upcoming site where we will show which part that can be delivered outside of Sweden directly om each ad.
