The sales rep called me on Monday to offer their advertising. Unable to provide prices advised an area manager would call the following day. When the area manager called, he opened with "so tell me who you are and what your business is". He had no idea of anything despite lengthy conversations with his organisation previously. Was told he would go away and do his research but 24 hours later his not rung back.

Really saddened by service and response. We took out a 3 month billboard in Ruislip for a considerable fee. We were assured that regular checks would be made - a colleague drove past to discover the entire advert had been removed. Billboard came back saying that this wasn't their problem and offered no additional time. We paid for a vinyl pinned advert - interesting that there was a Lloyds banking advert in its place with no evidence of our torn ad! We lost 3 weeks out of the 3 months!
