Great Wipes for your Cutec Cue
Been waiting for the Cutec wipes for a while and wasn't able to purchase until last week. Everything was fine with the package and it got here fast enough. This is my second purchase from Billiards King...my other purchase was a sapphire blue SVB Dakota Edition cue stick. You guys really did a good job with that and resolved a minor issue quickly. Only wish I had asked for the scuffing tool also, but the extension you did send works great. Rick North

Thank you for your feedback!
I try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but generally we ship orders within 2 business days (at the present moment - we are in the process of moving with inventory in multiple locations. Once we complete the move in a few months, we should be able to ship out items quicker).
Your order was placed on a Friday, before a 3 day weekend, so it didn't go out until Tuesday. The shipping option selected was our Free Shipping option, which can take 3-7 business days as noted during the checkout process. In addition, with us being on the east coast and you being on the west coast, it takes a little bit longer for orders to get to their destination.
With that said, you received your order within 5 business days.
I completely understand how exciting it is to get a new cue/accessory. I'll work harder on getting orders fulfilled faster! I appreciate your constructive criticism. :)

My cue stick arrived in excellent condition, a little over a week from time of order placement. The 19 oz cue is perfect for me and the Irish linen wrap works well here in my low humidity environment. Only problem is that my wife is a bit envious, so now I have to buy one for her.
