I have purchased 3 pool cues from Billiards King in the past month and had a Great experience every time. They promptly answered any questions I had, kept me well informed on all my delivery updates and got my purchases to me fast. They have excellent products and Great service along with more than fair pricing. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. As you know, it was shipped the next business day. According to UPS tracking details, there is a delay in delivery due to severe weather conditions. The delivery date provided is an estimate, as sometimes issues arise in transit that neither us nor the carrier have control over.
Looking at the weather for your area shows there has been record snowfall, flooding, and nearly 40 avalanches. These conditions may not be precisely in your area, but please do understand that packages get routed through multiple distribution centers along the way, and they may have been impacted.
Unfortunately we have no control of the weather or UPS. We appreciate your patience and hope you will consider revising your review in light of this information.

Awesome place to buy pool cues and accessories
I've bought a few things from these guys now and I do shop around to compare prices and honestly these guys meet and beat those prices. They may be a few dollars higher here or there but each time I've ordered I've ended up with free joint protectors, pool cue cases, t shirts, etc. Hands down best place to buy pool cue accessories.

Great service! I used to shop at PoolDawg but now I am looking on BilliardsKing more for all my needs. I recently bought a Schmelke cue for a friend from the website. It got here in a very nicely wrapped box and with fast delivery (a week). I also ordered a cue shaft extender, a new glove, kamui tip, new chalk, and joint protectors. All are great. I love this store!

Bought a 1 3/4" aluminum shaft to butt extender for my cue with a short (29 inch Cynergy) shaft from Billiards King. I shoot better with a longer rig. Unit came in two days. Quality and finish outstanding. Ordered with with quick connect Predator style config. Perfect fit. Less than $20.

Product was what i expected no issues there, however when I paid for one day shipping through USPS I didnt expect it to travel from NJ to SC to return to VA, package arrived 4 days late. If I decide to buy again it will be shipped UPS not USPS

On behalf of USPS, we apologize for the delay; unfortunately, they are under heavy demand with COVID, and one of their distribution centers had a roof collapse after Hurricane Ida passed through NJ. We do have an announcement/warning regarding USPS experiencing delays that is displayed upon checkout, as well as other carriers.
Please note that you requested USPS Priority Mail as opposed to one day shipping as your review states. As also stated in our checkout warning, no carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) guarantees any delivery times at this point. It is as frustrating for us as it is for you, especially since we shipped your item the next day, and it should have been delivered promptly as opposed to taking the scenic route. :(
We sincerely hope that carriers are able to recover from the pandemic and others situations that cause delays for our customers. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of USPS.
