Bestilt dpf cleaner (motip) men fatt levert uten the special applicator tube. Rather useless without it.
When you sell an OEM oilfilter you cannot send me a cheap brand oilfilter and tell me it's as good as the OEM filter. VAG OEM is MAHLE/MANN, not AUTOMEGA.

Straight forward order, no problems, fast delivery
In general - a straight forward order process, no problems, fast delivery.
But in this case it could be packed for shipping a bit better. The shop expected that the metal packaging box of the product itself is strong enough (+ a soft shipping packaging). Yes, it is hard enough to protect the product. But in this case it is a present, so it would be not nice to have the metal box damaged during shipping.

Good product, good price good service
Ordered a cover for my trailer on Wednesday, it was delivered on the Friday, unfortunately the wrong size. Contacted customer service straight away, a new item was dispatched the same day and delivered to Frederikssund on the following Monday with form for returning the incorrect item. Great service, will use again.

Now I have to order it from somewhere and this will cost me time and money and a delay with my car service. You should give more information about the products.
