Bought a Trek Domane Al 2 for a very decent price, it was ready to be picked up (in Frederiksberg at Falcon Cykler, their offline partner) only a few days later, and after buying a set of pedals, they were happy to help me get it ready to ride. Had to return it shortly after for personal reasons, but they were equally helpful, and all my money was returned.

Just bought my second bike at billigcykel.dk and once again had a really great shopping experience. I had to call them because I had some questions regarding delivery times and they were easy to reach and so friendly on the phone. Prices also seem to be the best out there (for Avenue bikes at least).
The service was really good but I have to give 3 stars because of the poor and old fashioned website. It makes the search not really comfortable e.g. with just one picture for each bike and some of the pictures are in low resolution this is not helping to be sure when you want tu buy a product because sometimes you don't know if you are buying a good product or if is the first time that you buy looks like kind a fake website.
