Velkommen til Billigteknik Billigteknik blev grundlagt i 2007 af to studerende. De opdagede, at forhandlere ofte havde de samme produkter til forskellige priser, og at der burde være produkter, der ikke bliver solgt og derfor bliver til overs. Udviklingen går stærkt indenfor denne branche, og forhandlere skal være opdateret med det allernyeste, også selvom sidste års komponenter stadig gør det godt i konkurrencen. Ved at finde og sælge disse produkter, kan vi opnå utroligt lave priser. Billigteknik blev startet på denne præmis, og fra et kælderlokale i Lund begyndte jagten på netop disse produkter. Hovedsædet ligger stadig i Lund, men i nye større lokaler. Virksomheden er vokset til at dække mere end bare computer, og vi arbejder hårdt på at udfylde sortimentet, så vi kan tilbyde prisbillig teknologi til hjemmet. good price, fast delivery, slow support
I bought a laptop in 15th July, delivered in 18th July, but it didn't worked. I immediately complained on their customer service on Thursday (18) night and it was a quite frustrating that they only answered late Monday,
I then returned the computer using the returning label provided by them. As the computer arrived at their address they sent me another laptop. And this time properly tested, as described on order/invoice.
Now I'm writing this review on the new notebook.
It's very likely that I will buy here again though.

It's first time to buy from that store Ipods i12 and first of all they send the package to address far away near the airport not near the address that I provided . Secondly when I tried the iPod I find one of them working and the other one doesn't work I don't recommand that store!!!

Sorry to hear that you experienced some problems. We are using Postnord as serviceprovidor for the packages and they are supposed to bring the package as close as possible to the areacode. We ship some thousand packages every year and we have not recieved alot of complains in regards to this problem. I am sorry to hear that Postnord somehow did not manage to bring it close. As long as the area code was added right it is an human error and it should be possible to call postnord to get them to arrange it to be closer.
Regarding that one of them seems to not work please try to put them on charge for about 4 hours. You both have return right, without charge and with money back, or we can send you a new pair. Just contact our customer service. We hope to gain your trust again.

We have never said that we wouldn't repair your computer, but since we were told that you did not want to wait 2-3 weeks for the repair, we decided to offer you another computer with discount. When that was not accepted we offered to refund the order instead.
The reason that the refund is taking longer than normal is that you decided to send the computer privately instead of using on of our shipping labels. This resulted in a high shipping cost, which means that we need to manually refund to a bank account, and we're still waiting for you bank account information in order to proceed with the refund.
