I can see that you placed your order on Sunday 29th May, and this was despatched on Tuesday 31st May. All our standard orders are sent out via Royal Mail second class and we ask that you allow 7 working days for delivery once your product has been despatched. I tried to create an account

I tried to create an account, and it kept giving me errors, telling me the passwords didn't match, I tried a half dozen times, used the upper, and lower case a number and symbol, and made sure it was over 8 characters, but repeatedly got not matching.

Happy to keep ordering

This is a reliable product which I reorder. My only quibble is that the box the capsules are despatched in is quite heavy-duty and perhaps larger than necessary.

Ordered several boxes of the Multi strain Advanced 120’s.

Ordered several boxes of the multi-strain advanced for my nephew in Mexico who finds he cannot live without it! His autism brings gut symptoms that can cause diarrhoea and taking the multi-strain prevents and regulates his bowel movements. His face lit up when I unpacked the boxes. A very happy customer!

Good price - good do better on packaging

Good price, promptly dispatched. The product box appears to be designed to minimise packaging 😊 But the over box was huge and covered in unrecyclable tape.
