Placed an order on 3/17
Placed an order on 3/17, today is 3/30–it’s still showing the order is ‘processing’.
Have contacted their non-existent customer support on the status of my order, and have not received a reply to any of my 3 emails. Sent the last one to request cancellation, and no response and order is not cancelled or shipped. I had to literally dispute this with my bank to get my money back. What a shame, I thought this was a reputable company. Unbelievable.
