This company also trades under the product name of PHENOM HEALTH.COM They advertise on most of the internet shopping sites including Amazon and EBay. They offer you a free trial of BIOSLIM POWERCLEANSE and state you only pay postage and packing.HOWEVER once they have your credit card details they will send you a monthly order costing some £40 per month. Unfortunately I fell for it and after realising it was a scam, refused to accept delivery of the “product”. After complaining to them about their dubious selling methods, they agreed to refund 50% of my order cost and a further 50% when they received the product back. I am still waiting for my refund and continue to bombard them with requests for it, to no avail. This is a con-outfit based in Cyprus so you have no chance of getting your money back. BUYER BEWARE-SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!

It's a scam!! Request a free trial and they then go on to take monthly payments without authorisation and as they are in larnaca,Cyprus your only contact is online and there is not facility to claim back money they have taken . The fact that i did not submit the card payment for my free trial and came back out of the ad makes me wonder how they actually took my payment
