Terrible support and non-working hardware

I received a faulty badge and attempted to reach out to support through various ways without avail.
Only after months they sent an answer saying to come to France.
Now I have to pay 2 more times: to send back the faulty badge + 10eur non use fees (because it does not work...)
Would not recommend at all!

Almost impossible to find out who and where to reach

EDIT: thanks for your generic reply, I did try to contact the customer service, but nobody answers the phone (20 mins waiting)

Brilliant!!

I've been driving in France and Spain for many years without a telepeage and thought it time I got one. A few choices out there but I went for Bip and Go as they seemed to offer the best value for money.
The service has been fantastic, I have received prompt responses to any queries and the badge works a dream.
So much more convenient than taking tickets and then paying at the gates, wished I'd gone with Bip and Go years ago. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Horrible experience

We have a horrible experience with this company. They close my account just like that. Afterwards I need to pay for the badge, which I think is fair if it's not used anymore.

However, they don't want to send me the invoice. Only by post which would cost 4 euro extra.

They never sent me the invoice, why not send me the info by email to pay it?

Still no clue why they closed my account and are unable to recover it. This just happened without any reason :(

It takes days, weeks to receive any answer from them, so it's been going on for a while. Each answer is sent with a noreply mail. So you are forced to open a new ticket as well.

When the badge works, it's fine, but when you have a problem their support is the worst. I can really not recommend working with them, very unreliable support.

The iOs Login into the App does not work

The iOs Login into the App does not work with iPhone 13 to check the péage monitoring.
At least with a german keyboard, but the web interface works.

I opened a Bip&Go account on 08 August…

I opened a Bip&Go account on 08 August 2024 and paid €16 for a Bip&Go badge. It is now 12 September and the badge has not arrived. I cannot get an answer on the website and there is no Customer Service email or telephone number to contact. The online Assistant was unable to give me a satisfactory answer. I do not recommend this service. Where is my badge Bip&Go?

Terrible company and best avoided at…

Terrible company and best avoided at all costs. I ordered a tag and never used it, but had a direct debit set up from a euro account. Eventually that failed but no email or warning until a strange email about an unpaid debt of EUR10. I followed up with them online as the lodgin wouldn’t work and eventually they replied saying the account was deleted, the debt (only 10euros) had been sent to a debt collection agency and they wanted me to post back the tag to them! Thoroughly unhelpful and not clear on what to do next except wait for a French debt collector to visit London?! Avoid if you want a similar mess.

Bip&Go pro's and con's

De ideale oplossing om de lange wachtrijen te vermijden die zich kunnen voordoen aan de tol/peage poorten. Nu ik moet toegeven dat aan sommige peages er meer of langere rijen staan aan de bipango dan aan de ticket slagbomen. Dus ik zou de overheid aanraden veel meer telecharge poorten te voorzien

Ordered the badge one month before a…

Ordered the badge one month before a trip to France/Spain the badge did not arrive until after I had started my trip so was totally useless to me. On my return I returned the badge and cancelled the one year subscription of €16 they have since employed a Debt recovery service to persue me for the money. It has been a total waste of time and money around €40. They don’t answer emails and the automated phones are French speaking. They should show the same amount of gusto getting the badge to you in the first place as they do threatening you for their payment. Absolutely awful company.
The phone number 0970808765 you keep asking people to ring is not a recognised number! Why don’t you give an email address or proper uk number instead of wasting peoples time and effort.

Bip&Go costumer alert!

Initially we were very satisfied with the badge. We crossed France and Spain smoothly during the month of July. The badge did its job, all barriers opened automatically. However, on the last day it went wrong at Rouen on the A28. At the end of the route, at Rouen, the 30 km/h toll gate would no longer open for us. We blocked the gate to the great annoyance of the vehicles behind us. After presenting a credit card and paying 148.10 euros, the barrier opened, clearly a fine. After contacting Bip&Go, it turns out that they place the responsibility for the failure of their system entirely on us. According to Bip&Go, the badge was broken or had been placed incorrectly, end of story. Strange after we had driven through France and Spain without any problem the previous days. According to them, the possibility of recovering the 148.10 is non-existent. In fact, they simply refuse to question the failure of their system and place the responsibility entirely on the customer. End of story for them. I would like to warn Bip&Go users about this.

Best to be cautious over delivery times…

Best to be cautious over delivery times to the UK, Royal Mail tracking went live 15 days after the order date. Delivery 19 days after order confirmation.

1st communication from Bip&Go was around 3 weeks after order confirmation by then abandoned Bip&Go, to successfully use a competitor product.

Ordered on 27 july a badge

Ordered on 27 july a badge, still nothing deliverd....20 euros gone???
on 26 august we need the badge.
last friday i recieve a mail that i had to confrim my adress again and then they will send a new badge....|
But they send the mail from a no-rplay email adress....
But until now nothing recieved.....please pay me back my 20 euro's

Posted badge after I left for my holiday!!!

Ordered a badge and also informing them that I am leaving to go on holiday on the 23/07/24, i kept in contact with them but their customer service responses are rude and abrupt, they kept telling me that it was sent on the 08/07/24 and the delay was down to the UK postal service yet when i arrived home 18/08/24 the parcel had arrived but the date on the front of the package stated it was POSTED 24/07/24 and the UK Post was not at fault but Bip & Go was as they posted it the day after I was Leaving!!! and now they want me to pay to send it back to them or charge me 30 euros and they already have £24 of mine which i paid when i ordered!!! terrible customer service and would not use this company again.
