The chocolates were delivered by hand to the recipient but on opening there were two chocolates where the icing decoration and lettering had broken off. The message was ruined. The icing colours are not as vivid as the photo suggests.

You got my friend of 40 years name wrong. You put a "D" at the beginning of her name instead of a "V", and it arrive 2 days late ( the 7 August instead of the 4 August) I was very cross, as it was a special occasion, I called your customer services and I was told that I said "Diana"
