My mum was so thrilled when the parcel containing her biscuits arrived, just before her birthday, on the day I requested. She has taken them to show so many of her friends. They have all been very impressed, and taken photos to show their friends. It was a great gift to send and receive.

Very disappointed - no tracking - gift to France and 6 days post 'It's on its Way' email (with no tracking and having paid handsomely at £14 for shipping) - no response to my email to customer services asking for an update on where is my parcel (a gift for a customer).. Previous orders always had tracking provided and an email confirming delivery - this time no tracking, no delivery confirmation - but twice in 24 hours the request for a review - so here we go.. Disappointed.

We can see the delivery date is requested at the 08-07-2024. We do recommend that you allow till this date for delivery to be made. We can see that this is still on it's way and should be delivered.

Bought biscuits from Australia for my son in England for his birthday. He received them on the day and enjoyed the biscuits and ate them as an afternoon picnic when my grandson came home from school. I did have some trouble when paying as I didn’t get acknowledgment the order had gone through and ended up paying twice through PayPal - however I was reimbursed after the order was placed. I did send a frantic email to Biscuiteers but got no reply.
