BE AWARE of Biscuiteers.com Total disappointment and terrible customer service. I paid £20 extra for same-day delivery, expecting my order to arrive on the same day I placed it. That’s what same-day means, right? Apparently not to Biscuiteers. Despite the premium charge, my order didn't arrive until the next day, completely missing the occasion it was intended for. When I contacted customer service, rather than acknowledging the issue or offering a refund, they argued non-stop, refused to take responsibility, and showed zero accountability. No apology, no solution, just a string of excuses and deflection. For a company that markets itself as a high-end gift service, this was shockingly poor service and misleading at best. To make matters worse, eventually when the items arrived, the tin was noticeably smaller than advertised again, misleading. And the biscuits themselves? Dry, bland, and thoroughly underwhelming. Definitely not worth the hype or the premium price Save your money and your stress, I won't be ordering again, and I suggest you don't either.
