We have had a proper rewards afternoon with our 3 grandchildren presenting the stars for their excellent sporting endeavours and hopefully to encourage future aspirations but withheld the prosecco for after party parents celebrations celebrations
Order arrived too late despite me paying £6 for next day delivery and receiving two separate emails (one on order confirmation and one at dispatch) advising that items would arrive on 2nd April. They arrived on the afternoon of 3rd April and Biscuiteers have refused to accept any liability for this completely misleading and false communication, which left me over £30 out of pocket and without a gift for the recipient. Would advise ordering elsewhere if you need items to arrive in time.
The packaging was dirty and taped with masking tape surely ribbon or customised tape would be a better option
